What was with Donalds pants, the pants didn't match the outfit at all. Both me and my dd agreed, that Donald must have put a stop to the pants he was suppose to wear and just grabbed one of his suit pants. We were betting he was suppose to wear skin tight black jeans or something similar.

I agree. Cheryl has had better freestyle dances.

I think Cheryl took the easy street. While it was entertaining, it wasn't a WOW dance. It didn't make me want to get up and dance with them.

Crap, Katherine's freestyle was really, really good. Cute music, cute routine and cute outfits. Bummer.

Again, it was entertaining, but it didn't make me want to get out there and dance with them.

There was NOTHING to worry about! That was AWESOME!!!!!

After last week of just getting my votes in at the final minute, as soon as Donalds 1st dance was over, I started dialing. I NEVER got thru for one single vote. The Pack Nation blew those phone lines up!!!

That would be Cowboy Troy. He was/is a part of the Big and Rich act. I have seen him before.

Donald was correct that this was not what anybody expected outta him. If you had asked me at the very start if Donald was in the final, what would he do for a free style dance, NEVER in a million years would I have said country. Loved it!!! This was the dance that made me want to get up and dance with them.

I still don't know who to vote for.

I will have to do all my voting online. I finally got to watch all the dances.

For ME: I think William was the best for the first dance.

Donald was technically good, very fluid & precise. But, he has never moved me all season, even though I know we have a LOT of Packer fans here. He is a very good dancer over all.

Katherine, as everyone said was Meh, technically correct, but she didn't wow me. The paso doble is supposed to be a very moving dance. I was still waiting to be wowed when it was suddenly over.

The freestyle:

I think went to Katherine. She had the most difficul dance, and danced a LOT. Mark, who I don't usually like, did really well choreographing her. Her footwork was excellent, even though the lifts were a bit shakey.

Donald was great, but the foot work wasn't quite as complex as Katherine & Mark's, but he chose the dance, he put his passion into it and he definitely put his mark & personality on the dance.

Cheryl did a disservice to William. His freestyle dance could have been so much more complex - like their FIRST dance tonight. So we know he is capable of doing so much more. She missed the mark by concentrating so much on lifts. She dance d around him a lot and it showed. she did much more footwork dancing around him. Versus, Katherine & Mark who danced much of the same footwork together, as did Peta & Donald.

Darn! I missed the first half of William's dance . The second half was REALLY good .

Dang! I missed both of the first two dances. And I had the channel on the wrong station so I can't rewind to see the dances.

The DVR is my friend!!

What an AWESOME Finale, but William is STILL my Favorite! Lots of for Mr. Levy!

He tours/toured with Big & Rich(they kinda gave him his break) and Gretchen Wilson. I saw them last Septemeber for free, it was awesome! Gretchen Wilson is one unbelievable singer...she did Barracuda by HEART..omg, KILLED it!
Anyway, just go to youtube and look up cowboy troy

Did anyone else get the impression that Donald and Peta may have had a slip up or mistake in their free-style dance, when they turned back around after being directly in front of the judges table? He turned and looked at her like something was not right and he had a glimpse of being PO'd. They got it back together again and finished seamlessly. Anyone else catch that?

...I DID - but, also, didja catch when, at the beginning of their dance, katherine was off-time and she had her arms up waiting to start dancing with Mark - like he missed a beat or something....

That was an excellent dance. I finally got Donald's personality & emotion in the dance. I don't think the steps were as intricate as Katherine & Mark's. But, it really fit Donald. he was in his element. HE picked the dance & it showed versus Mark picking the dance for Katherine....

...personally, I thinkk Mark threw TOO MUCH into that dance, like overkill - it was like a 'dance till you drop' kind of routine....to me, it made some of her steps SLOPPY, which is why I don't understand how the judges all gave her 10s...

Is voting for a hour or half hour after the show?

Katherine's dance was AWESOME! Mark did not disappoint.

....I thought it was frenetic - TOO MUCH of a good thing isn't good at all.

my 2 cents worth..

even though I'm a William and Cheryl fan, I have to say that I liked Donald's freestyle the best. I hated his first dance though, Peta just seemed to dance around Donald.

I don't know why, but those shoes that Catherine wore in her freestyle just bugged me. I know it's the type you're supposed to where probably with that style of dance, but I just hate a really dressy dress with sneakers.

I also didn't like all the lifts that the first two couples threw in. They looked forced and as if the guys were struggling to pull them off.


Hoping for a William win but will be ok if Donald wins, since his freestyle was so good.
