Just switched from POP to POR for our stay in September! MIL decided to join our vacation so we will be taking advantage of the rooms that can sleep 5! Hubby is so excited over seeing the pictures for POR, it will be his first time in DW, my first time in 10 years and I've never stayed at POR before!! I am going to be browsing this thread incessantly till then I am sure

How exciting!!! I can't wait, this will be our first stay at POR and I am really looking forward to it. We are also taking my mom and 4 year daughter and neither one of them have ever been to WDW before! I hope they love it as much as me!!

Does anyone know the real reason that 5 can stay in POR AB and only 4 can stay in POR Mansions? I just love the mansions, but we were blessed with 3 children, so no go for us.

Funny the only time we stayed in POR with 5 in a room (my parents, brother and his two kids were in there) we requested the mansions, this was many many years ago (the child in the trundle at the time just graduated college) and we got it. Funny thing is the trundle matched the mansion beds, so I guess at one time they did allow 5 in the mansions. Weird. Maybe they had a problem filling the other section so kept the rooms for 5 there?

I think our next trip will be to PO Riverside, to go see MVMCP! Probably won't be until 2013 or later, but it's been less than a week since our last trip and am having withdrawals.

How great and oh gosh, you will recognize us as we will be the family of five wandering around looking lost but with looks of wonder on our faces and speaking (so you will think) with funny accents!

Thanks to everyone who has posted pics. It's getting me very excited! We will be there in 6 days! This will be our second trip and last time we stayed at POP. I'm excited to stay at POR and try out a moderate this time.
