I realize there's another board for these types of questions, but I know you guys and trust you (well, most of you anyway

), so I thought I'd ask here.

There may be a itsy-bitsy, teeny-tiny, microscopic, miniscule chance that my partner and I might, maybe, possibly be able to go to WDW the week after Christmas. (Of course, my mind interprets this to mean that we'll definitely be going :teeth:

). If this opportunity actually presents itself, how crowded do you think it would be during that time? I'm thinking, leaving a day or two after X-Mas and staying for 5-6 days. What do ya think?

Now, granted, I have yet to even mention this idea to the not-nearly-as-addicted-to-Disney-as-me partner, but I'm planning on doing lots of sweet-talkin' tonight (wish me luck!). It's just that I've been reading RickinNYC's incredibly engrossing trip report and hearing about several fellow Taglikins making their way down there soon, and I have come to the conclusion that I need to be there...at WDW...NOW. I mean, it's been almost exactly a year since we've been there! How did I survive?! How could I live? (Hey, isn't that a Celine song or something?).

But I digress...(go figure)...

So, has anyone been during that time?

ohanafamily - I read one of your trip reports but I seemed to have missed the others. I think it was while I was MIA for a few weeks. Is there a way I can still access them (I didn't see them on the board)? Or, if not, would you be willing to PM or e-mail them to me?

Man! I leave you guys alone for a couple of hours and I have 3 pages of posts to catch up on when I return! How many pages are you gonna post while I'm gone? I'm gonna need the "Cliff Notes of the Tagliarchy" to catch up!

CKU-Nashville sounds awesome RRBB! Im a bit of a closet scrapbooker myself (I say closet cause Im great at buying the supplies and then storing them in the closet). Ill be all about scrapbooking when we get home from WDW! ::yes::

Nephosaurus if you can fly maybe you can meet us in the air as we fly over Houston? Although I think that RRBB, ohanafamily and your sister would miss you! Maybe you should stay home and chant Disney World, Disney World, Disney World, Disney World.. until they plan your next trip. (If they ask I was NOT my idea)

The reason that we're going early in December is to avoid the holiday crowds. Having said that..... GO!!! I think you can have fun whenever you go...just realize that there will be more people during that time.

In fact I have been seriously considering a short 3 days trip over break too...

. will depend on the weather if we can drive from the frozen north.. but I am thinking for undertaking the 20 + hour drive on Tuesday pm arrive wed pm... have thursday, Friday and Saturday then drive back and leave for work at 5:00 am Monday.. I think it is called Annual Passitis....
If one park is too crowded... then HOP..

You've already been on all the rides etc. Just go and have fun taking in the sights. Hurry and get room ressies though. I hear they are hard to come by that time of year.
