No Malaysia. We blew that off for this interview. We'll just tell the company whose meeting we were supposed to attend that we had "personal" stuff that came up and we had to cancel at the last minute. Hey, that's the truth, right?

Oh, the good news is that we are getting a refund for almost all of the Malaysia airfare! I think it'll be around $2,500! We are looking at this whole thing as a learning experience.

I need to get back to my dull life. I can't handle all of this stress!

ALWAYS!!! Especially when Wendy's forgets to put mine in the bag. ohanafamily picked up lunch today and came home to eat, but they forgot to put half the order (including my fries) in the bag.
(I called them to ask what to do, not that we were going to go back and pick it up, and the person I spoke to - probably a manager - told me that they would replace our whole order the next time we come in so we can enjoy lunch together. It really does pay to "complain" when something is wrong.)

Welcome Back Bichon Barb, will you post links to your reports for us, or at least tell us the board and the name of the thread so ohanafamily can find them for us.

Speaking of ohanafamily, I am quite worried about him; he doesn't like to make mistakes, and he made a fairly big Uh-Oh 2 weeks ago that they all just found out about. You see, the people he works for send out about 7500 holiday cards every year. He usually processes the list, but the last couple of years others have done it. This year the list got messed up and he had to fix it and take it to be processed quickly. He was interrupted several times, and accidentally messed up the salutation and first name columns. So Mr. and Mrs. Joe Millionaire might have Mr. Nephosaurus Millionaire on his envelope. They got a few complaints, but he is really down about this. It may actually do good that people will call and tell them that they got the names wrong, but he is quite upset. He is usually the one covering other peoples mistakes, it is hitting him quite hard. Not even watching the new Battlestar Galactica mini series cheered him up.

Oh well, he went to go to sleep a while back, I think I will go and check on him.

Oh, and Deadheadbelle, no drinking tonight, I have a human to take care of. Also, the color wheel can be found at...

Speaking of Christmas cards, I have to get to work on ours. We have a list of people for business Christmas cards and then we have our personal list. The business list is about 1/2 done, but the personal cards may not go out before we leave because the kids pictures I had made aren't in yet. Anyway, I'll address the envelopes and they'll be ready to stuff. Maybe Ohanafamily could help me. LOLOLOL!!! Did I look nervous? Our head of marketing gave me completely different talking points last night that I had committed to memory, but the producers changed them on me at literally the last minute! Yeesh!!!

But it was fun! I've gone national! Woo hoo!

And cute? My head looked like a giant full moon!

Some volunteers from New York City Harvest visited The Early Show to promote feeding the hungry. City Harvest, a non-profit organization founded in 1981, is the largest and oldest food rescue program in the world.

On Friday, Dec. 12, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Yankee Stadium, receive two free Yankee tickets when you donate either 25 pounds of food, $25 worth of unwrapped toys or a $25 donation. The Yankees will donate the food collections to City Harvest to help feed New York's hungry men, women and children; they will donate all toy collections to Toys for Tots.

Thanks to the immediate posts by fellow Taglikins I was able to race to work and catch Rick's "live" performance...thanks to the 'time delays' of the West Coast feeds!

I know boys hate to hear these words, but I think Rick looks just as 'sweet' as we know he is. Maybe it's all those chocolate covered expresso beans!

Things are Crazy at work today ....won't bore anyone with the details but it does amaze me that at year end when everyone is focuses on making ###'s , that the some one would decide the fix what was not broken and bring the co to a dead halt.. makes no sense to me...but I just work here

OhanaFamily I would venture a guess that no one would think twice about the issue and that you were much harder on yourself than anyone would be.. Could you be a perfectist???
