Can anyone tell me if this book is a "must have"...I am so curious to get it, but I have last yrs version and we just booked another Disney Cruise for October, so I'm trying to save.

It is so tempting to order it, but does it have that much more in it than last years?

I just received my new Passporter yesterday. I haven't had a chance to read all of it yet, but it does have 60 additional pages and more pictures than the old book. Specifically, it has pictures of each type of stateroom. The thing I am most looking forward to reading are the ratings for the excursions. I think these will be very helpful in trying to decide which excursions to book for our Western cruise next February.

I can't say yet whether the book is a "must have", but if you are thinking about buying a copy of it, there are discounts offered on the Passporter website.

I just received mine today so I have only had the time to speed-read through it. I would say it is a must have~! It has a ton of information, planning guides, and ratings for excursions. For $17 you can't go wrong!

The important question is, does it have info on the new itineraries in the summer?

Sandy,

Nope, it doesn't have any information about the Summer 2005 itineraries. But it does have the authors' speculation about what they might be. They agree with all the DISers about the possible routes.

It seems only the Mouse knows what will happen in 2005!::MickeyMo At least until next Wednesday!

It DOES have information on the new 2004 itineraries (San Juan, Antigua, and St. Kitts as I recall) and covers both the new 7 day itineraries and the 10 day Christmas itinerary. The book is very up-to-date, IMHO, and is a significant upgrade to a truly excellent first edition. Reviews of the excursions is one of the added features.

Sandy,

Oops! Sorry!

I thought you were asking about the Summer 2005 itineraries, not the 2004 special itineraries. With all the talk on these boards about what might be happening in 2005, I forgot about the special itineraries this summer.

That's okay, I don't think that far ahead, although I'm fantasizing about that repositioning cruise.

Thanks, DP - exactly what I wanted to know. Time to upgrade.
