The new 180 adr, when to call

If I understand correctly Disney is switching back to 180 ADR's on Oct.27. We are going March 13-20th of 2010. That would mean that I would call in around Sept 13 for 180 or Jan 13ish for 90 days. I guess the question is the 180 for later and my reservation is still in the 90 day call period or is everyone in the world calling Oct 27th fbecause they would now be in the 180 day window. For example all of Feb 2010 and most of March 2010 would all come online in one day or do we still have to use the 90 day call?

I hope I make a little sense of what my question is.

You can make your ADR on October 27th if that is in fact when the new booking window opens to 180 days
