Ok. I ride a very crowded bus. I am a 9th grader so we sit in the back of the bus, 8th graders in the middle and 7th graders in the front. This is how it has always been. But there is this 7th grader named, lets say Jason, who thinks hes all that. He sits in the back with all his little buddies and is a total jerk. Him and his friends sit in the aisle so no one can get off so I end up running into like 0684 people and then they get mad. Today was the last straw. He threw a bottle out the window at me. Seriously. I dont care if hes mr. popular. I was so mad I was about to just UGH!

I find it funny how seventh graders think they can outsmart those who are older. They shouldn't go making fun of older grades, because we can turn nasty. And guess what? I'm getting to the point, if one more seventh grader pisses me off, they'll be crying.

Yeah same. This kid better watch himself. I dont care if he is one of the most popular kids in school [no idea how this happened]. He will be crying if he messes with me or one of my freinds again. :D

same thing here...exept for the bottle part. the people on my but are too busy smoking to throw stuff at us (literally..and the bus driver doesnt even care that theyre smoking, either)!! :sad2:

Our bus goes from 6-12. There are a couple of regular juniors, including me, about 6 regular sophmores, and 3 regular freshman. We all sit in the back. I have MY seat. The back on the left. It is the biggest seat on the bus. I am the tallest, and almost the oldest. I get it every day. The 6th graders sit in the front, and the 7th and 8th mingle in the middle. It works out fine. Our bus is overcrowded, but we high schoolers usually get our own seats. There is one 8th grader who is just a complete stinkpot, both rude and stupid, but beyond that, everything is fine unless someone tries to take my seat. In a way, I am the bus's facilitator. I know most of them and they all respect me.
I will confess though. Once, one freshman tried, key word tried, to take my seat after a very long day. I kind of just growled at him, and he moved. But overall, I think our bus gets along nicely.

On the bus?!?!? That's horrible, and it sets an atrocious example for the younger kids.

I am SO glad the drama of bus-ness is OVVERR and HAS been over since I left 8th grade...actually 7th, cuz my dad mostly drove me to school in 8th. I hated the hierarchy of busness and how rude people are and the "get in" rule...etc...

Some guys don't realize you handle situations differently with girls than guys. I punch those guys.

my bus has 6th graders to 10th graders(y7-y11 for us). anyone can sit anywhere and noone chucks stuff. i guess i live in a near to perfect area(theres always a few robberies my house has been one). but other busses have children smoking and fighting on them and they have the whole set seat thing. but on that bus you just wouldnt sit anywhere but your own seat unless you wanted to end up in hopspital.

the younger ones do it too. the youngest are in 7th grade.

my grade i think. is that the 12-13yr olds??? we call it y8 here. i can believe that they would as well though i know several in my year who smoke

my bus is 8-12, but only 8-10 go on the ebus and im a 10th grade. We have little eigth grad]ers who come on the bus, and when one starts acting like hes all that he or she is ussually in for a big surprise cause we dont deal with it, they usually just get ushed out of the way.

It helps tht we're 10 feet taller than them though :D

They are people like that who make me glad that I have my own car! lol.

When I did take the bus, there were people who constantly picked on kids. It made me sick to see! I was the oldest on my bus during my sophomore year (I started driving to school during my junior and senior year) and there was this one kid who assumed he was "Mr. Big-Shot". He was like some naive fifth grader. He attempted to push me out of my seat in the back.

I was like, "what the "h e double sticks"? rofl. He comes to the back of the bus and says to me in quick diction, "Get out of that seat, let me sit there." I laughed and told him, "Uh, yeah...no" lol. (there was an empty seat in front of me - I directed him there). He had the NERVE to grab my book bag and throw it into the aisle.

Dude was I mad now! lol. I looked at him and told him that he had better pick my bag up now and sit down in that seat in front of me before there was any trouble. (This was with anger in my voice and anyone who knows me KNOWS it takes a lot to get me mad -- this wasn't the first time this kid had tried to pull the crap on me and when he touched MY personal property and threw it on the ground like that, I was MAD! lol).

He then said "NO!" and and tried to push ME into the aisle. I started laughing that this 5th grader...who I didn't even know, tried to push me, a 10th grader into the bus aisle. He failed to get me out of the seat...in fact, he failed to budge me rofl...and at this point everyone in the back of the bus was yelling at him to get the "h e double hockey sticks" out of the back of the bus because he was being too imature. He looked at me and said, "push in". :rotfl:

He wanted to share a seat with me...the person he has successfully angered lol...

He sat down and shoved me to the window...I shoved him out of the seat! (I know, that was kind of mean and I regret doing it -- because then his face turned red and he FINALLY sat in the empty seat)...while I feel bad that I shoved him into the aisle...he was asking for it!!! I mean, you don't take someone's stuff and throw it hard like that into the aisle...what if I had something fragile in there? The bus driver made him sit in the front of the bus from then on and gave him a few bus tickets. I can't tell you how bad I felt about pushing him like that (my conscious is terribly weak! rofl) but I'm not gonna lie, it was nice to finally shut him up! :rotfl:

ya, i think that's about right..

Wow whenever I took the regular school bus we were all pretty mellow. It didn't really matter where you sat. At the arts school I attended though the bus was crazy. No one would get mad at you over sitting in a certain area or anything, but you had to deal with different annoyences like the musical theatre and vocal kids always singing. The theatre kids would always be doing monolouges no matter if anyone was listening. The instrumental, dance, and art kids would pretty much keep to themselves. That was the loudest bus I've ever been on. They also packed us on there pretty tight, I'm sure they were breaking some fire code.

I don't take the bus.
I've never taken the bus.
I've always lived down the street from my school.
Next year I'll be taking the bus.
