Okay, not FL, AZ, TX hot, but let's consider this has been an unusually mild summer here in NH--so this dainty darlin' is roasting! Hear the fat sizzle?

It's hotter than two moths making whoopee in a wool sock
It's so hot I saw two trees fighting over a dog.
It's hotter than a steel playground at noon.
It's so hot outside it will make you return things you never stole.

There are a number of others that it is hotter than, but I hear that Points Cliff beckoning, and well, not today...

I went outside for lunch...the heat feels good (thanks to the subzero temps in the office), but there are NO clouds at all in the sky! It's weird...

Jean, are you going to be getting any of the hurricane up there? We're supposed to have the rain and winds on Saturday...during Danielle's baby shower...which is supposed to be in her MIL's backyard...

Good Evening, NUTS!!! I am stopping in to see how everyone is this Friday eve...but seeing as it is the middle of the night on the East, I am guessing everyone is tucked in bed and sound asleep.

I am sitting here at my desk and looking out my window is the most awesomest sight.....THE FIREWORKS AT DISNEYLAND!!!

I can HEAR them and I can SEE them.

Even though, I am in Newport Beach, I can see all the way to Anaheim!! Our new apt is on the TOP floor and the view is breathe-taking!!! Every single night from roughly 9:25pm until 9:50pm, this is what I SEE!!!

Liz: Yep, it was very humid here for a bit. TG the temps were low!. Then we had a day or so of pouring rain & Sunday was PERFECT! Breezy, in the 70s, no humidity & sunny.

I got everyone coffee & tea (Blue) this AM. Even picked Rob up his 'special' coffee!

Rob the Epsom Salts are for a lovely soak in the tub, you'll find yourself oddly relaxed after the saltptre coffee!

Well, thanks to Hanna, I didn't get to see Spamalot. I think I'm just meant to see this show. 2 years ago, I had tickets, and my "date" begged off 2 hours before showtime and I couldn't find anyone to go with me. This time...I had tickets for Tuesday night, but due to the holiday, they canceled that show and Wednesday. So I got the tickets exchanged for last night. At 3 yesterday afternoon, the Bushnell called...the storms on Saturday night flooded a transformer and the Bushnell had no power. So they canceled the show and are giving refunds

Mum and I got Chinese and sulked.
