:wave2: Hi everyone! Just back from our second cruise on the Wonder and I tell you it was close to perfect!;) We had 6 adult and 5 children. Everyone got along and stayed well the whole trip.

We had perfect weather....:sunny: Stayed at the Radisson on Sat night and went to Grills for dinner and there was a little park beside the restaurant where we sat and watched the Magic leave port:boat: It really started our vacation off right! They sound the horn at us all and everyone was waving!

Sunday check in was a breeze. We managed to be the first in line to board the ship and headed straight to the buffet! Yummy shrimp! We had secret porthole room 5020 and it was so great. The view is not obstructed in my opinion!! PERFECT! We had a big plush beach towel and pins waiting for us since we are passed cruisers.

Some of our party made Palo ressies and we got the beepers for the kids. I then made my spa day for the Nassau day. The guys had headed to the ESPN skybox to watch the Rams game and us girls took the kids to the Mickey pool for a while. About 3:30 headed the rooms for the drill and sail a way party!! SO FUN! Just loved it.

THe ship was so smooth...Never hardly felt any movement. Nassau day I did not get off the ship, but the others did and went shopping some. I did the Aroma spa wrap and massage and it was heaven!!! Loved it! The got DD out of the club and hung out at the pool for the afternoon. So relaxing!! Kids had a ball getting ice cream and pizza anytime they flet like it!! Might as well..We are on vacation!!

Ok, I gotta get back to work....will write more later.

Seems like you enjoyed your first cruise that you did a repeat on the Wonder! I did a first cruise, and ready for a 2nd...just wondering should it be another 4-nite or 7-nite on the Magic...
As far as your not having any problems with motion, I wonder if its just that some people don't while other people do. The entire time I hardly felt any movement except when the ship was crossing over the area where the Atlantic Ocean meets the currents of the Florida coast. I don't understand too much about the currents, but I'm beginning to wonder about the Eastern vs the Western cruise encountering even more or less current changes.

Anyone who's been on all three cruise itineraries, can we start a thread to share their experiences re motion and needing to take Bonine or Dramamine based on how long ships is on the water or which direction the ship is traveling?... Would be good to help us prone to motion sickness people prepare better IF there are significant differences.

Frollo, I just did a 3 night Wonder cruise Oct. 30-Nov. 2, and the first night was a bit rocky, the tv said it was "rough seas", 8-13 foot swells, but I did okay that night, the last night was when I got nauseated and didn't sleep a wink all night! The seas were more like "really rough" and 13-20 foot swells. I loved the rest of the cruise, and wished that it would have been a bit calmer, because I am one to get seasickness. Of course, I didn't help at all by not taking any medication, but I'm not a big fan of pill popping anytime something is wrong. I am a "natural" gal. No drugs during either of my deliveries with my kids!! ; ) I would love to go on a 4 or even 7 day cruise, but is there anytime of the year where it would be less likely to be rough? I would also want to know if there is any time that our chances would be better for less motion sickness...Our kids loved the freedom to run down and get a snack whenever they wanted, and they loved the kids clubs, off and on the boat (Castaway Cay) Overall it was an awesome time, with the exception of me losing my brand new sweatshirt that I had just purchased from Downtown Disney the night before! Someone took it and never returned it, because it was on the ship with me, we saw it in our picture that we took as soon as we got on board. Well, just wanted to say my 2 cents! Kelly:wave:

Hi BabyJosie, I was on the same cruise as you. I remember you from the roll call thread. Looks like you had a good time too - would love to see the rest of your trip report. I finally got around to posting mine. Susan

 Things have been so busy since we got back...I am going to post more soon....
We did have the best trip!!! Disney sure knows how to spoil you..
