The Most Expensive 3 Days of My Life !

Hi a couple of you have mentioned pre paying cafe mickey - I was wondering about doing that for our last day when we wont have a hb voucher.

Is a drink included or extra?

thanks

hi there, i booked Cafe Mickey & we had it last tues, i did not realise that drinks ( except childrens menu ) were not included, drinks for 4 adults were 19 Euros, ouch!!

when we pre-booked cafe mickey 2years ago
it was only from a set menu
which was ok - but im a really fussy eater
if it wasn't for the characters i would have hated it

i might try again this year & not book from home

yes i will admit i was not that keen on the food & really it was only for the character interaction for our children, i had Ceasar Salad for starter, which was just a bowl of lettuce & croutons covered in a horrible sauce & then the Steak for main was really tough, but the ice cream ( ben & jerrys ( was gorgeous :cloud9:

The pizza's look nice and big enough to share. I don't know whether to do that with my DD or book the set deal...decisions decisions...

Hi i have the half board premium but i will probably pay for cafe Mickey for a lunch save the 6 nights for the more expensive ones.I booked in pounds but am in usa have not got bill for visa yet to see my total in dollars. When i get to England i will have to get Euros im not sure how much i will need .I have had so many problems with my credit card as i charged airline tickets plus Eurostar plus Hotel package and i have to call as they declined the purchases dont use my card so much and all in pounds not dollars.Iwill have to bring cash in case i have a problem again how many Euros to a pound? Thanks so much:cool1::cool1::cool1:I have heard how expensive it is so maybe Mcdonalds as well.

i had the pizza and shared with my dd. it was lovely about the only thing she ate for the week. and there was still some left at the end. 15 euros not too bad to feed two people. i think the kids meals there are so expensive.

Hi
I live in the Euro Zone too so am not effected by the exchange rate.
Of course Disney will be expensive, as most theme parks are, but I didn't think it was exageratingly expensive!
I went expecting to pay a lot, so didn't mind so much at the prices we found.

BTW I agree cafè Mickey's was not the greatest meal I ever had but the character interaction more than made up for my tough steak ;)
