The most awesome dining cast member helped me today!!!

Disney did it again! A truly awesome cast member named Christine went way beyond the call of duty today to help me out! OK -- here's my story...

I got thru to Disney reservations immediately this morning at 6 CST -- absolutely zero time spent on hold! Christine answered, and my first reservation request was for supper at Tony's on May 26th (my birthday). She started checking and said that there was some sort of computer problem and that she needed to speak to a supervisor (and all of the stories that I had read on this board about problems with the new system came flooding into my head). I was on hold for about 10-15 minutes, then she came back and said that the computer would not let her make a Tony's reservation and would not even let her check on availability, which was very odd. So she asked what else she could help me with, planning to check on Tony's again afterward.

She was able to make my 3 other reservations without a problem and said that she would give me the confirmation #s all at once, when we were finished (which is a change from the old system). So she decided to try Tony's one more time and not only did it not work but it wiped out my other 3 reservations (including one to Boma, which I had been very excited to get)!!!! Rather than keep me on the line (and I was trying to get my kids ready for school), she said that she would reenter my info and call me back with the confirmation #s. How considerate!

She called me back within 10 minutes with all of my reservations made once again, this time with confirmation #s. But she still couldn't book Tony's so she said that she would keep trying throughout the day and would call me back with an update.

She called at about noon, saying that she still couldn't book Tony's but that she would keep trying until she got off work, at 3:30 (CST, I think). Meanwhile, we decided to make an O'hanas reservation just in case. I didn't hear from her by 3:30 so I figured that she didn't have any luck...until she called me on my cell phone (the secondary # I had given her, after having tried my home # but I wasn't there) and had the reservation pulled up and ready to make!!! The time: 4:25 CST, way past her quitting time!

So I got the reservation, cancelled O'hanas, and I am left with gratitude for the cast member who went the extra mile for me today! I kept expressing my thanks and she was very matter of fact about it, as if this was just part of her job. What a wonderful person!!!

Does anyone know how to speak with a supervisor to report such excellent service? Unfortunately I only know her first name but perhaps it will show on her full name Disney system so her supervisor will know what a great cast member she is!
 
You can call back the same number and ask to speak to a Supervisor; you can also e-mail wdw.guest.communications... oh, shoot, I don't remember what comes between "@" and ".com" :( Maybe disneyworld? Or maybe somebody else will come along and KNOW the e-mail address? The entire address? I'm sorry - I mean, I'm thrilled for you! I'm just sorry not to have the correct information.
