Sorry I've been MIA lately......been getting ready for our trip. Your TR is helping to pass the time though. I how you get your picture with all the characters. The pictures from the Backlot tour are great. I haven't gone on that in years.....maybe this trip. DHS is my kids least favorite park so there's alot I haven't seen in a while. They love TSM, ToT, RnRC, Animation Academy and a few other attractions but thats about it. We usually just spend a half a day there. Now Epcot is another story. My kids LOVE it. We usually do at least 2 days there.

That cinnamon roll looked awesome!!!!! I know TSM is popular, but I can't believe everyone just walked by the characters! I guess they were happy you stopped. You never know, you may catch Tim off guard one day & you'll win!! This past visit was the first time we actually went into Disney Animation...can you believe that??? My nieces loved the interactive stuff. They would've stayed there all day! Now I have to show you something. You said the volunteers in Backlot Tour weren't very good. I submit this one for your consideration! Of course, I'm the idiot wearing glasses. My brother is the captain & said he couldn't stop laughing at me.

I haven't been on the computer much in the last few days and now I have to play catch up!

I think both you and Tim wrote really nice speeches. Your friend Lisa looked beautiful and her gown is absolutely stunning!

Once again, I really enjoyed reading your updates. Now I have a question for you - where did you get the Minnie Mouse shirt? I think it is really cute. I may have to go and buy one if it is still available.

When we got to the bus stops, there was an Epcot bus waiting! WOO HOO. Perfect timing. We hopped on and headed on over.

Epcot seemed kind of empty too.

We went straight to Le Cellier, but along the way, Tim traded a pin. Finally we found him a Donald pin lol. They are so hard to find now because he has found like every one!!!

It was a Virtual MK pin. Apparently they are hard to find. Some guy was telling Tim about those pins earlier in the week.

Canada is so beautiful during F&G festival.

We were seated as soon as we checked in. Our server was awesome. She did an amazing job. So friendly.

You can see my mango smoothie in the picture. It is sooo good! Get it next time you go.

For my entree I had the chicken. It was different from the last time I ordered it. Last May it was really good. For some reason there was this funky gravy on my chicken. I had the cream cheese mashed potatoes instead of whatever they serve with it. I ate all my mashed potatoes and a little bit of the chicken. I did not care for that gravy at all. It wasn't awful, just not what I expected. The meat was dark too, I don't like dark meat. It was just weird. I noticed that they changed the menu, and that chicken got is not even on there so that's good lol.

Tim had the Filet, he liked it!! Looks good, a lot better than mine LOL!

For dessert I had the chocolate cake! YUM

Tim had the chocolate mousse. That was also very good!

It was a good meal. We will not be going back for a while though. We're going to be trying more steak places in Jan so Le Cellier isn't necessary. I think I'm over the hype of Le Cellier overall. We will be back with the family in 2011.

When we left, we stopped for a picture. I think this is a pretty photopass spot.

Tim went and looked at pins, and I went and got a better picture of one of the topiaries.

It's one of my favorites. I love it.

When I met up with him, we went over to Club Cool. I dared him to try Beverly haha. He said I had to get him a pin if he had some. YUCK.

He said to tell you guys that it tastes like liquid morning breath after a night of drinking. I think it just tastes like nasty medicine.

We went to DTD after that. I wanted to go for a ride on the hot air balloon.

From Epcot we took a bus to SSR, AHH my favorite. I love the bus ride music while you are on the SSR buses. So relaxing. Love it. We got off in Congress Park, my favorite section, and walked over to DTD!

YAY I was getting excited to go on the balloon.

Along the way, we passed T REx. I peeked my head inside and OMG what a crazy insane place. TOO loud, and crowded in there. I do not know how people can enjoy their meals. If I were you, I would go early. The place seriously is nuts lol. But, it is cool inside and I think little boys would love it there.

Just look at the people waiting outside!!!!

It's really neat inside.

I love your trip report, you are so descriptive and your pictures are great. My DH and I were at Disney from May 9-16th and after looking at some of your photos I think I sat next to your DH on a bench in DHS on Monday May 11th. It was later at night and he was alone... or he has a great look alike hanging around Disney! Anyway, great report and I can not wait to read more.

Tim was looking for a hat. He finally found one at this really cute store in Pleasure Island. I forget the name of it, but I loved it.

So I see Ugg flip flops. Why did I just notice these?? They would have been nice to have earlier in the trip ha. My foot was still a mess, even wearing sneakers. I was so annoyed with the sneakers because they made me look like I had no ankle on my right foot. It was so ugly lol.

Tim found a hat, so we walked over to the balloon. I go up to the guy working there, and ask if I can buy a ticket. This was an interesting conversation.

Me: Can I get a ticket to go on.

Him: We don't do pre sales.

Me: Ok that's fine, I want to go on now.

Him: We don't do pre sales (looking at me like I'm stupid lol)

Me: Ok but I want to buy a ticket for now.

Him: We don't do pre sales due to the waether.

Me: I don't get it???

Tim: I think you can't get a ticket Lynn.

Him: The people down there ready to go on are our last family to go on, we don't open up again till 8 PM, and depending on how the weather is, we will know if you can go on.

Me: Ok.

Why didn't the dude just tell me that from the beginning rather than "We don't do pre sales" I had no clue WTH he was talking about lol. Tim was annoyed with the guy cause he thought he was rude. He sort of had an attitude. Oh well. I never did go on the balloon. Maybe I will try it in Jan.

We went in WOD store. I picked up a 2009 photo album, and Tim finally bought a pin book. I found the coolest hat ever in there!! I had Tim try it on haha!

We left after WOD store. I wanted to go swimming YAY!! I made Tim come down with me haha. I told him we had to go in the hot tub at least lol.

It was like around 10 when we got there. I hopped in for a little bit, then we went over to the hot tub.

I love that hot tub. It's so nice. We stayed in for about 10-15 minutes. I wanted a late night snack so I went to the Mara.

oh and when we passed the pool on the way to Mara, there were security gaurds at the pool flipping out on some kids who were being really loud. They said " This is quiet time, if you don't quiet down we will close the pool!" HAHA I thought it was funny. There must have been some people complaining about the noise. Everybody was just staring at the guards like they had ten heads. It was hysterical. Yeah the kids were being loud, but I don't think they were trying to be. They were just being kids and having fun.

I got a pepperoni flat bread, and some zebra domes. I had to try those things.

When we were walking back to our room, I heard some people talking about the kids getting yelled at. It had to have been a parent. We heard him say "The kids sounded loud because they were talking over each other" LMAO!! they were not, they were just being kids and having fun, loudly. That's all. I just love how the guy was sugar coating it lol. Too funny.

Tim was excited! He had finished the star wars pin set in DTD. He was able to trade one for one! YAY!

My roses were starting to open up. So pretty!

And that is the end of day 7! Not a very interesting day, but we had a good time.

Coming up next- We go to DHS, Epcot for lunch at Sunshine Seasons, and MK for dinner at Crystal Palace. We had a blast in MK this day!! Oh and a CM asks me if I want a wheel chair haha. I was a limping fool that day.

I loved the photos of Tim and the power rangers... they are my least favorite characters (if you even want to call them that) within Disney.

HAHA yeah when I saw them there the first time I was like, "oh I didn't know they were Disney" haha

Do you dip your pizza in the ranch, because that's what I do and it grosses my boyfriend out.

Oh Lynn, I forgot to mention that I too was horribly obsessed with the Backstreet Boys. I also had a Nick wall and had sooo much merchandise, it was ridiculous. The most ridiculous part of it all...my mom kept every single thing. She has boxes & boxes of BSB crap still, almost 9 years later.

I love how Tim looks all serious business about getting his picture taken with the Power Rangers. I always wondered why they were there...it seems so out of place, but that may be because I don't really like them that much.

HAHA I still have boxes of posters and stuff too. Remember when the BSB cds and figurines came out at Burger King? LOL I must have been up at Burger King every week making sure I get everything haha.

haha usually I dip it in bleu cheese but there i use the ranch bc the bleu cheese dressing isn't right to me. people used to look at me like I was crazy but now I have convinced them all to try it. if you like bleu cheese (not he dressing, the actual bleu cheese dip) u should try your pizza in that.

Looks like you guys had a lot of fun at DHS! That cinnamon roll looks super delicious! The pizza's from lunch look good too! The back lot tour was being refurbed when we went in Jan so we didn't get to go on it. I love going on there with someone who has never been on and see the look on their faces when all that water comes rushing at the trams! Good times! I'm with ya on never being able to win at TSM...I tried super hard to beat dh too and he still beat me all three or four times we rode it...what they heck? Maybe they are cheating? hehe Great pics! Can't wait to hear more!

Hi! Thank you very much. Hmm we were in DHS on May 11th lol. That was our last night lol. I think it was an EMH night. Yeah that was the night I dropped my ice cream lol. Wait till you hear. He was waiting for me to get off TOT. It may have been him. What a small world lol.

I forgot to say that I loved your minnie shirt! Super cute! Sorry you didn't get to ride in the balloon...that guy sounds like he was rude...not to mention I hate when people dance around what they are trying to say...just say it! We never ever get to the pool at the resort to swim. We are always to tired. We actually went to see the pool on our last trip, which was all the closer we got. Lol. One of these days it will happen! The mara is great...I just wish it wasn't so far away from all the rooms. It feels like you have to walk across like half the lodge to get there. lol Dh has that star wars set too! We also have the pin books as well. Do you put your pins on cork boards? I think I mentioned to you before that we have two cork boards in our spare room that have quite a few of our pins on them. We actually just went through all our pins to see if we had traders...we had several traders and also dh bought a bunch from disney shopping at christmas time on clearance so those are all traders too b/c they were super cheap so we have about 60 to trade when we go in july. I remember you mentioned dh should go on mystery diagnosis...I thought that too and so have a few other people. He is seriously an odd case. All his tests come back normal yet he is running a fever all day every day, he gets sick every single morning just about and his has this really weird red rash that started on a small spot on his belly and now has crawled across his belly and is crawling up it. Its also on his legs and crawling down his legs too. Loss of appetite, night sweats...thats about the extent of his symptoms. four months now and nothing...can't wait to go to the mayo clinic and get to the bottom of this! Sorry I wrote you a book!

It sounded like a nice full but relaxing day....love how it ended with a trip to pool and hot tub with a late night snack, yum! Love hearing about your time at DHS. We didn't spend much time there last trip but we are planning a day for our last minute Labor Day trip. Now I have some ideas of what to see and do. I think it will be a little difficult balancing the grown up stuff with our 3 year old but I know it will work. She's such a nut, Epcot is her favorite park because of the fountains. She is easy to please.
