The MAY freaks! Celebrating 1 year of marriage! PTR STARTED!!

Great update and pictures! The pictures of you and the maintenance men were cracking me up!! :lmao: They are so funny!!

TOT picture was sooooooooo good and creepy! :upsidedow I can go on that again, again, and again! Sometimes we act like Samantha Brown doing her commentary going through the lobby so I laughed when you said that about the mah jong! I have the show saved on my DVR!! :rolleyes1

Mmmmmm 50's PTC has such yummy mashed potatoes!

WOW!!!!! Your pictures are AMAZING. The ToT ones are my favorite! I love that ride.

I think I'm going to try and drag Aaron into the AI attraction. HA, he'll just LOVE that! :lmao: I was debating on doing it, but you've convinced me to try it out. If it stinks...I'm blaming you! Haha, just kidding of course.

Oh, and the signatures all came out so well! What a great idea!! You should post a pic of it when you've put in the bigger picture. So cool!!

Love all the character shots...so jealous that you got to meet the queen of hearts! I'd love to come across her sometime! :thumbsup2 You guys have wonderful luck with characters! The mat is awesome! :thumbsup2 Your night time shots of the hat are great too! We didn't get to take many pics of the hat on our trip in jan because they were doing renovations or whatever to it. Perhaps repainting? I have no idea, but there were big walls up around it. We've never ate at 50's prime time, but I don't think I'd like it very much. When I go in a restaurant to eat I want to eat and chill and talk to dh about our day in the park not be fussed at by a waitress to get my elbows off the table. :rotfl: We'll eventually try it though I'm sure! Can't wait to hear more!

I have seen her a couple of times. She's easy to find in DHS! Definitely look for her there.
Oh that stinks, they were fixing the hat up probably, that must have looked like crap lol!

No you would not like it at all lol.

I love the evening pictures you took they are great. You got lots of really good photo's and it's only day 2 can't wait to see what else you have. :goodvibes

Thank you!!

Lynn your photo mat came out great. The pictures you took of the hat are gorgeous especially the night shots. I can't believe all of the picks you have with the villians. We are definately going to have to stick around the animations studios. I also have to give props to Tim his drawings are really good.:)

Yeah go in there!!! See who you can find.

Yeah he draws a good Dale.

Wow Lynn that was an update yesterday. I love all the night time pictures you took of DHS. The police officer with the banana looked funny. My sons totally would have loved that. Loved your foodie pictures too, yummy pot roast. I have never gone there either. Your mat came out so cute, that picture is going to look awesome in there.

HAHA he was funny. Thanks!!

Ok, your Dale definitely came out better than it would if I had drawn it. :rotfl: Great pictures! I'm not a fan of AI but it seems like it's worth checking out. Though Ryan Seacrest's voice makes me cringe...

I love 50s PT but you're right...not a quiet place what-so-ever!! :)

OMG poor Dale, it's awful lol. Oh I know, Ryan gets on my nerves anymore lol.

No it's not at all lol.

Great updates. I love your pics. Great day at DHS

Thank you, yeah we had a lot of fun that day.

Lynn,
I just stumbled across your Trip Report and am loving it so far! :goodvibes Great pics!

Hi! Thank you!! Love your avatar!!

Sorry guys, I wanted to update earlier but I had a crazy day. I have some time to finish the day off right now though.

CONT..

Ok just a mini update, I have some time to finish day 2 off.

When we got back to the resort I wanted to do some swimming, but I didn't. We just hung out and checked out the resort.

I took a picture of the lobby again before we headed back to the room.

I love these lights, just so pretty.

We got back to the room and decided to go down to the food court, and fill up our resort mugs. I love the Mara food court. It's really nice.

Instead of going back to the room right away, we went and sat by the fire pit inside the lobby. I love that fire pit. It's so nice and cozy.

We just sat and relaxed. Tim told me to read the story on the floor. It's a cute story. I hope you guys are able to read it.
IMG_1286-1.jpg

I walked outside to see if there were any animals out and about. We just saw the birds, they were sleeping. SO cute.

Up next.. TONGA TOAST!! Epcot, pixie dist, biergarten and tutto and Illuminations!! Wait till you see the firework shots!

AKL has such a beautiful lobby...its even better at Christmas time! You should check it out sometime when its all done up for the holidays! :thumbsup2 We've never swam in the three times we've been to disney. We did however manage to get to the pool on the disney cruise so that was nice! Thank you for the prayers...there are many coming our way and I am crossing my fingers we are getting closer to an answer! I can't wait to hear about epcot and the pixie dust you mentioned!:goodvibes

Great mini update I wasn't able to read the whole story but the parts I did read are great. All your pictures are amazing. I love them:lovestruc. The birds are very cute sleeping.

Oohhh, the firepit looks like a great way to end the day!!!:thumbsup2 Can't read the story, hope someday I'll be able to stay there and read it myself!!:goodvibes

I'm not sure what took me so long to find my way over here but I am really enjoying your TR. I lurked around on your wedding TR after you were finished but I'm looking forward to following this one as you go!

The AKL is beautiful! I can't wait to see your Illumination pictures!
