The Many Adventures of Tart Girl and Underdog... Western Oct 20, 2007

We're flying out today. Oct. 28, 2007

Got up & went to the food court. My last bowl of Disney oatmeal.

Drove to the Orlando airport. Did a little shopping... bought some crocs.

Went to our terminal. We cut it a little short. Boarded our plane and had a nice flight.

When we arrived in Akron... we got off the plane. Mike's parents were picking us up. We had an hour drive home, so I ran to the restroom while Mike watched our carry-ons.

When I came out Mike went. He walked in...looked up...and saw...

WOMEN all over the place!

I happened to look over in that direction and I see him walking very quickly out of the women't restroom.

He then looks at me and says. "Why didn't you tell me I was going in the wrong one?"

I had my back turned when he walked in. I didn't know. And besides... he teased me so much about going in to the men's restroom... I'm not sure I would have told him anyway.


Well, that's our story. It was a lot of fun and we made some lasting friendships with many of the disers.

We all enjoyed ourselves so much, we are planning a reunion cruise for October 24, 2009. Many of us have our reservations made and the thread is going strong. Come and join us. We are a friendly bunch and welcome fellow cruisers with open arms.


Mike (Dyerneeds) and I (Tart Annihilator) will continue to post more pics on this thread, so stay tuned. We love hearing from you.

but what my lovely wife failed to mention was that the women screamed
"its underdog"and pulled me into the restroom.

Was your server Laura from the UK? If so, I think she was our assitant server on our cruise back in Feb on the Disney Wonder. She was great and did a fabulous job with our kids.

That is great! I am glad she got promoted! If I ever get to the Magic, we will have to request her!

It's nice to know I'm not the only man to walk into the Women's restroom at an airport and confess to it!!!

I lost my glasses on Castaway Cay during our first cruise in 2003, the next day at the Orlando Airport I saw the restroom sign, I thought it was a hallway and had the men's and women's entrance doors on either side. When I first walked in, I noticed no urinals on the wall, and thought this was a bit strange. I started to go into a stall, when I heard my DD screaming, "Dad you're in the Ladies Room." I walked out and there was my wife, mother, sister and niece on the floor in fits of laughter. Needless to say, I've never lived that one down. Everytime we are in the MCO Airport, I am reminded of it................

Well I finally got a chance to read your final installment this morning! Great job on the report It was so great seeing our Ohio friends again and hoping to make it three time's a charm in 2009!

When I go in to a public restroom, I always TRIPLE check to make sure that I walk into the right one! I don't want to make the same mistake you did Mike! When we ladies choose the wrong one, we see way more than we bargained for
