The Making of the Disney Dream Book is available at mycokerewards.com for 500 points.
It looks like the same book I saw in someone's pictures from the Christening Cruise. I think it was one of the free gifts given to everyone on the Christening Cruise.
I have no idea if it's "worth" the points, but just wanted to pass it along to the cruise fans.
