 No, oh no. I just watched and actually I am getting the Lash Injection at ULTA tonight because it is cheaper there and no shipping and handling!!

YES that was everything on HSN today!!

Indeed. I love it.

I had bought that and Snow Bunny a few times - separately - but then they came out with a Bronzed and Beautiful set - so I bought that before Christmas!

I was just thinking of asking about brows this morning!
I have the Benefit brow wax/powder kit which is OK, but I'm not crazy about having to paint on my brows with a brush every day; for me it's kind of sloppy. I've been using the L'oreal brow pencil duo (fill with the dark shade and blend with the lighter) and I like it because it gives me more control. Then I use a brow gel (Boots No. 7 right now) to comb them and hold them somewhat in place.

Now: do you wax, thread, or pluck?

You know, I used to have monster eyebrows and had to pluck like crazy but I think I overdid it and killed off all my follicles. Now every once in a while I will pluck a few stray hairs but for the most part I can just let them go.

Someone was asking earlier about wrinkle cream. I've been using a retinol cream for several years now. It is an exfolilant and does a great job at retexturizing and evening out my skin tone. Now I don't know if it's due to the retinol cream but I am 46 (almost 47) and have no wrinkles yet.

What I do need help with is the sagging. I've tried several firming products and none of them really work. Yet still, I continue to use them hoping that they are making a subtle difference. Does anyone know of anything that REALLY helps with the sagging? My plastic surgeon refuses do anything surgically and I'm so frustrated with it.

I'm heading to Sephora today. Going to look for the Too Faced eyeshadow primer.

Is this it?

OK, I know this sounds like a stupid question but what color is the Two Faced eyeshadow primer? Reason I am asking is because I have allergies to certain cosmetic dyes and I can't use anything on my eyes with any red or purple dye in it. (It really sucks because I LOVE plum colored eyeshadows). I had to switch from Lancome's primer to Urban Decay because it was making my eyes break out.

It has a fleshtone color.

Thank you Miss Park Avenue! Sounds like that will work for me.

Sorry to be hogging the thread this morning, but I have a lipstick tip for those of you looking for the perfect shade of pink. I use a light-flesh toned lipstick to mix with red to customize my own shade of pink. My favorite is Ulta's Sugar Shimmer. It goes on very smooth, almost like lipgloss, and has a very nice shimmer (hence then name, I guess). I like it because I can go darker or lighter as the mood strikes me.

Can you share the brand name of this retinol cream?

I have been using the Everyday minerals now since Saturday and i really like it my face doesn't itch near as much (i am still using the mineral veil b/c I don't have anything else) I am going to order another sample kit i will do that tonight (we have had a lot of things going on i.e. dh's grandma just passed and had to take a LONG trip over there) anyway after I know for sure what color i need i will order the Big Kit I think! anyway thanks everyone

I use either Roc or Olay, but I think any brand will work. I am using the Roc right now and on the tube it says 'Retinol Correction Deep Wrinkle Night Cream'. It can be irritating to your skin, though, so keep it away from the eye area. You need to use a separate formula designed specifically for the eyes. Also, It burns a little when you first start using it and can cause some redness and irritation. As long as it isn't too bad, keep using it, that will go away after a while. I LOVE what it does for my skin. It's the only skin treatment I've ever used that I can actually see a visible difference in the way my skin looks.

Your thoughts on the Too Faced MOOD SWING Lip Gloss!!!

I see myself shopping for groceries, wearing my mood swing lip gloss and some hot guy comes up to me if I could help him find the cereal aisle.

Hot guy: Pardon me, do you know where I can find the Coco Crispees?

Me: Um, well, um, I think, I mean, let me see. I think it's um over by the...

Hot guy: Lady, whats going on with your lips????

On the bright side, maybe it will help me keep my kids in line.

dd9: Oh oh, mom's mad, her lips are purple!

dd12: Nah, they still haven't turned flaming red yet!

I'm just being silly. I really like soft glosses and worry that this would turn really bright on me. Has anyone tried it?

Ohh..me too, I do not need big bright lips!!

Watching the demo on HSN yesterday was really interesting as the models lips turned from nothing to soft pink to pink to soft red to red!!!!!!

This is what I'm after!

So I was at Krogers today (no hot guys there :sad1: ) and I saw that all Revlon was 50% off so I got something new, liquid eyeliner! Since I had just come from working out, I tried to use it before I showered. It looked horrible. I know I need to work on my technique.

So, how am I supposed to use this stuff? Am I supposed to put it on BEFORE eyeshadow, and let the shadow cover the wiggly line? Or am I supposed to practice more, get really good at putting on a smooth fluid line, and put it on AFTER the eyeshadow? I'm sure there are better liners out there, but since I never used the liquid liner before, $3.50 for a bottle seemed to be a really good price to pay for something I may never get the hang of.
