HAS Anyone used Crack? I got some and tried it but I do not know if I like it. I think I saw someone speak about it on here earlier but I cannot find it.

I must say the AG shampoo and their line of products are very good.

Me. I like it.

But you gotta use like a TEEEEENY amount. And mostly at the ends.

I personally, like it a lot.

Has anyone else tried Urban Decay's new Naked foundation? I just bought it last week and I *love* it! I had been using MAC Studio Fix for years, but Naked is so much better. I also treated myself to their Deluxe Shadow box - LOVE Scratch and Honey, and the Stardust Lip Gloss in Andromeda. I am so in love with their products. I thought I was going to have to switch when they announced they were going to start selling in China, but they changed their mind and I am so happy!

No, but I've been wanting to try it. I've read nothing but. Good. Things about it.

I don't think it does?? I mean, so far - so good.

I went to Epcot and am happy to report I did not purchase any Guerlain make up. I intended to spend a small fortune but when I went to Sephora last time they gave me a 10% off coupon so I figured I would wait and save the 10%. For me, this is similar to an alcoholic going to a brewery and not getting drunk!

I didn't buy anything either! I was SO proud of myself! I went outside and bought some alcohol instead. :rotfl:

Hey first time on this thread:

Do any of you use Origins? I"ve been trying out some new things in my routine and have been going up and getting samples.

So far I've tried

Plantscription antiaging serum (like it bought a full size)

Dr Weil cleanser mushroom based for sensitive skin (hated it)

Plantscription eye creme (unimpressed will probably stick with my Simple brand)

Just got:

BB tinted moisturizer

Planscription foundation (put this on today so still forming an opionion)

and an Oil based cleanser that's yellow that I can not remember the name of

I just wondered if any of you used this brand and had some favorites or non-favorites I should look at.

I don't know if I'm supposed to applaud you, or shame you. :confused3:sad2:

YOu too. :sad2:

I do both.

Does anyone have any make up recommendations for long lasting products in the Florida heat?

I just got sample of the Stila Stainiac lip and cheek glaze in my August Birchbox and I really like it (went ahead and ordered it in three colors in fact) seems to stay on and since it's a water based gel you have a slower setting time and you have more time to get it worked in the way you like it. Has lasted pretty long and we're having a heat spell in the midwest and since I chap stick a lot I haven't noticed it running or fadeing either.

LOL!!! Well it was hard to do and then I went across the way and don't they just have Givinchey (sp). My DH encouraged me too but I thought of my Sephora Gift cards and the 10% coupon they gave me last time I went in and I figured I could just get MORE if I waited. They say sacrifice is good for the soul...:lmao:

I cannot believe I am saying this but this time when I went to Fla my hair was PERFECT!! If you have read any of my previous posts you know that keeping the frizz out of my hair was an obsession with me and I was never able to do it.

First I did not let the hairdresser use the thinning shears on my ....stands to reason if he did it was just making a bunch of little layers that curled up in the humidity.
Then I used Liquid Keratin Bold for dark hair it is an at home keratin treatment that works as well if not better than the salon(mon son's gf had her's done in the salon and I did mine at home and my hair was so much better than hers and mine is considerably older than hers).

Finally I used Ag Shampoo and Sleek Conditioner as well as Smooth treatment and hair protector. Finally a touch of Crack on the ends. My son's gf even remarked at how smooth and shiny my hair remained. I NEVER EVER had frizz but it did have movement so it was not weighed down and it was shiny. This has been a multi-year problem for me and I can hardly believe I solved it. I knew if I looked hard . I know it sounds like a lot of steps or products but honestly it was not.

a year ago I used Beauty Lash MD and it worked fabulously, but made my eyelids and whites of my eyes blood red.. so I switched to Envyderm Lash growth serum: just "eh".
Now I have SmartLash and it doesn't seem to be doing much either.
Anyone have any non-prescription ones you like?

I need a makeup makeover. I've been doing it the same way since I was a teenager and I want to step it up a bit. Where's the best place to go to learn new techniques and what will look good on me?

if you need eyeshadows i would go to mac to get makeup done, they have the best, most pigmented shadows! also any product you want to try out at sephora they will apply for free and help you out

What I've done in the past is to look around at the ladies behind the makeup counters, find someone whose style and makeup I like, and then ask them for tips and product recommendations.

youtube has tons of 'beauty gurus' on. You can keyword makeup looks and find some to browse then just find one you like then go to whatever makeup counter/store they use.

You can also look up Myglam, Birchbox, and ecoemi which are subscription sample services, since the makeup folks tend to get these and do reviews.

Also try names of these stores, they are ones I see in conjunction with a lot of the beauty channels

Ulta
Sephora
Mac
Origins
Philosphy
Sigma
Clinque
EsteLauder
Twofaced
bare minerals
urban decay

I've done the youtube route but I want someone to actually show me, and to give ma ideas based on my face and eye shape and such. I do use some of Sephoras products and I love them.
