Picked up a Minnie set and a Spiderman set today...Didn't expect to love the 'lizard' color on! The Minnie hearts seem to be sold out everywhere..Trying to decide whether to order it online or not. I know Target had a Kardashian color that was similar (or at least had little pink hearts in it.)

Wow! This Ulta had EVERYTHING. Nothing I wanted was out of stock. I almost bought a Pure Grace lotion and shower gel because I only brought Amazing Grace with me but I have the uber bottles at home so it seemed a little silly to buy more of them. I'm going home Monday anyway. They even have me the 3.50 off when I didn't have my coupon with me!

You should go to their website and write about your experience. Each store gets credit with they get a good review and it is tied to the manager's bonus. You are lucky to find one that is that good. My experience is has not been that great.

I've heard such horror stories about Ulta. I was afraid of what I was going to find. I will definitely write a review.

EXACTLY! I have had problems with them as well so when you find a good one with someone willing to give you a coupon and full stock it is worth it to give them a shout out. I would also mention that you HAD heard horror stories about them because they really need to smarten up and change their image if they want to compete with Sephora. I think of them as a poor man's Sephora.

I agree with them being the poor man's Sephora. And, just to live up to my expectations, they CANCELLED my order I placed the other day! When I called there were no notes on my order saying why it was cancelled and I suspect it was because they messed up and have me the 3.50 off AND free shipping, but that isn't my fault. Their system accepted the order. I wasn't even notified of them canceling it. I had to sign into my account and check the order status. Now the items I had ordered are sold out online and I will have to see if they are in stock at the store near here.

Oh I LOVE the shampoo. I bought the 8 oz bottle off Amazon for $13! I got both bottles with tax for 26! What a bargain! I am leaving for the shore today so I will go to the Ulta down there as well.

You need to call customer service and make a HUGE fuss! They will send you your order and give you ULTA points which allow you to buy products at ULTA.

I would also send an email that reflects your situation.

I will call back when I get home. I'm still down the shore, but I definitely want to let them know they are losing me as a customer because of these shenanigans they are notorious for.

GOOD! The only reason I even went back to them was because my son's gf gets 25% off and SHE is the one who picks up the products for me. I boycotted them for over two years because they let me walk away from a 250.00 order because they would not give me a 3.50 coupon. It was not the matter of the 3.50 it was the principle.

I absolutely understand that and would have done the same thing. It isn't like they sell stuff you can't get anywhere else. They need to really get it together. Sephora has incredible customer service. I heard am employee in Ulta tell a customer she couldn't get a sample. They've never told me that at Sephora!

Anyone try Eve Pearl Salmon Concealer? I just got it from QVC and I really like it. I am going to get the shadow too. It is supposed to go on and blend smoothly which is really hard for me to accomplish unless I use cream shadow.

Well I'm a neutral skin tone (mac n3-n5) and I was looking for a foundation/base, a good dramatic long lasting mascara and a blush. Any ideas?
