I just wanted to share with everyone My Disney Ears that I made today. (I hope this is the right place to post this) :confused3 I bit the bullet and bought one for my lil guy and one for myself (I have always wanted mickey ears and never have gotten any until now :thumbsup2 I know that they are a little more in price than the regular ears but to me its worth it to have some that are unique and special to you. :lovestruc Yes the Lime Green Mickey ears are a tribute to my DIS Friends :cool2:

Also for any that are wondering about the Star Wars Disney merchandise, I did find the smaller plastic Disney/Star Wars characters. They also have The Darth Maul Donald Duck but I havent grabbed him yet. But here is a picture of the ones that I have so far...I have to say that I love the Yoda Stitch the best so far :thumbsup2

I love those! I made a pair as well except mine was gray with lime green ears.. and the ears glow in the dark! :thumbsup2

No I don't mind letting ya know the price...For both of the hats with the ears and all of the patches (plus our names on the back) was around $50 maybe a smidge bit more but not much at all. I was thinking that they were going to be much more than that but not cheap at all. 1 hat had 3 patches and the name and the other has 5 patches (well 3 big patches and I'm not sure if they count the jewel mickey things as patches or not..but I will for the sake of cost) plus the name.

Yea I like that the lime ears glow in the dark...Very cool addition to the hats.::yes:: They had a ton of options so I wasn't sure which way to go with mine at first. Was going to go with the lime green cap with the blue mickey heads on it at first but then I wanted the patches and it just didn't seem like it would look as good with the patches that I wanted. It took a good hour for me to get my choices made :rolleyes1

Just curious.. do they have different hat sizes (i.e. adults, kids) or is it one-size-fits-all? All the pics I've seen, the hat size looks the same. I was thinking of getting this done for my girls. They're 2 and 5. I think the 5-yr old might be OK but I don't think the hats would fit the 2-yr old. Any thoughts?

where did you purchase the star wars people. I just picked up the regular ones at Target they had a half moon shaped box on clearance for 9.00. There were 10 figures inside. But I love the Mickey lightsaber very cute!

The Disney Star Wars figures are at Tatooine Traders and at Once Upon a Toy at DTD. They are regular issue not just for the weekends. DH is a HUGE SW fan so we have both the first and second series of these figs.

Yes the hats are one size. My son is 2 well almost 3 (in September) and although the hat was a smidge big, it wasn't horribly big and would stay on just fine except when he kept purposely trying to get it to fall off by shaking his head :hyper: He doesn't like hats normally so he thought it was cool.

I'm not sure if the pin is limited to the Star Wars weekend or not but it wasn't during the weekend that I bought it (if that helps at all) I couldn't resist that one...I didn't see it at first but the second time I looked (yes I am addicted to the Disney pins...have too much money invested in those hunks of metal :lmao:

Yes and the Star Wars Figurines were bought at the Magic Kingdom gift shop on main street (forgot the name) EEKS! But they didn't have the Donald there so I will be getting him later whenever I spot him ::yes:: I did see Donald thought at DTD When we were there earlier in the week. So I know I can get him there. But they are not that rare to find (that I have seen) :thumbsup2

We will be going in a little more than a week and I want to let dd and ds make their own hat. Where do you do this at?
