I really want to try this meal again. We did the dinner before the "sickness" many moons ago. I'm ready for some more prime rib.

We thought about it for next month, but Aladdin would be the only draw for 3 boys. It sounds perfect for some females.

Sorry about your server, refilling our drinks are very big in our book too.

Thank you for your review of 1900. I loved that place before the great pause. I have done both breakfast and dinner (although breakfast was my favorite with Mad Hatter and Mary Poppins). I just don't feel the characters they have there now. I understand the concept, just personally don't feel it. But I think the wishing ceremony sounds lovely and I would have teared up a bit too.

We had been to both breakfast and dinner before the sickness and definitely preferred breakfast. I think the characters from the past were more rare and a better lot.
This meal, wish ceremony, and characters this time around were a great experience but I don’t think I would need to do it twice.

That's too bad that you had a bad server. At least the food was good.

We ate here when it was the Cinderella dinner. Our granddaughter was three years old at the time and happened to decide that this was a good time to have a toddler meltdown. We've all seen them. It is almost a guarantee that the screaming kid is 3 years old. Anyway, Cinderella helped to calm her down and all was right with the world after that.

I know! She was MIA most of the meal. The couple across from us had this older gentleman with a blue name tag and I had read about him, he has been with Disney since MK opened! He was a great server from what I could see!
It was nice being in the room with very few kids! No crying around us, lol

Appreciated the review of 1900 Park Fair. It was always a favorite dinner for us before the "sickness" (love the new term). The reviews I have seen have been mixed but your food looks so yummy, so maybe I will put it on the list for September. We are not big fans of the food at MK so always looking for options outside the parks for dinner. Just still not sold on the characters...

I think experiencing it at least once is really worth it and the food was delicious!
I was not a huge fan of the dinner food before the sickness but loved the characters there! The characters now are lovely and really spend a good amount of time at each table if you want them to!

I’m really thinking of giving this buffet a try next time.

I tried to find some shirts with all 4 parks on them so I didn’t have to keep changing my shirts
I would definitely recommend at least once at 1900 PF

The lights flash and twinkling type of music starts and the characters still wonder around during it and listening to Jiminy Cricket just brings all the feels!

I've heard so much about this soup! I must try it some day.

Hey Everyone!
What are you all thinking about the new/basically the old FP system coming in July?
I’m curious to know how much it is going to cost. I’m going with $30 a person. I like some aspects of it better than GP+ especially pre booking before the trip. Wonder if you can modify if you need too?
Between this and hearing about all the menu changes at Disney it is scandalous right?
I have heard the Nutella/Fruit waffle is gone from Sleepy Hallow and my favorite Hush puppies are gone from Columbia Harbor House!
Join in and tell me what you all think! Inquiring minds want to know!
I wish Disney would just do an unlimited FP product at a discount for Deluxe resort stays, or the IncrediPass level or something like that instead of these changes! Haha I know they never would. I wonder if they will still do surge pricing for the new Multi lane FP or whatever it is called.

I'm happy to see that Disney finally fixed the system. It is a big plus to be able to book 3 fp+ ahead of time. We don't usually buy Genie+ but with the new system, we would be likely to try it for MK and DH. One of my worries would be that standby lines will be even longer and slower because of the change to the system.

Hey Everyone

I did a little Disney shopping yesterday in the travel department!
I am booked on my first Disney Cruise
My sisters and I will be cruising on the New Treasure in early December 2025! It is a Merry Time Cruise with destinations in The Virgin Islands and a stop a Cast Away Cay! To say I am excited is an understatement!! I know it is 1.5 years away but we so flippin excited!!
It is a 7 night cruise out of Port Canaveral. We booked a family size veranda room mid ship! There is a Coco themed dining experience and HM bar!!
We definitely want to do the Brunch at Palo on a sea day and make use of the adult only sections and the Spa area!!
It will be my first Disney cruise ever. I have cruised on Princess before with my two sisters. We did a Mediterranean cruise and loved it.
This will be the first time I do a Disney vacation where I think we will actually relax some!
The Treasure looks beautiful and it will be decked out for Christmas!
That is my news!

Susan and I are returning to WDW since we had such a wonderful time last year!

I was hoping for a few more resort choices with the AP discount but it was slim pickings! We both love the tower and the it does feel like a deluxe resort at a lower moderate price.
We are also planning a Christmas party this year since we didn’t do one last time.
Hoping to meet up with a few Dis friends.
I decided to fly down 2 days earlier and I am staying 2 nights at Universal. I got a great AP price at Sapphire Falls Resort. I am really excited to stay here. SFR is considered a moderate resort at USO, however, it is gorgeous and has a deluxe feel.
No EP with this resort but I figured my main goal is to take in all the Christmas sights and sounds. I want to do the Grinch show, parade, and Christmas tribute store. I will ride a few rides but not to concerned about needing the EP this trip.
Christmas time is looking lovely for the next 2 years!

Susan and I are returning to WDW since we had such a wonderful time last year!
We are staying at CSR Destino Tower water view room.
I was hoping for a few more resort choices with the AP discount but it was slim pickings!

Fortunately, POR was one of the few resorts available for our Dec trip dates. We already had a bounce back but the AP discount was better, 35% with AP, 30% with BB. I would consider booking a Destino tower room but it seems like they are never available for my dates. The rooms look really nice.

Our Dec trip is 3-7 and I think we will miss you.

I never did try the waffles because of Andi’s allergy but I know people loved them. I have heard the Mickey waffles become super soggy with the toppings. Bad choices Disney!
