The Luau at SeaWorld

I did this Mahiki Luau (not sure of name) at Seaworld in November 2006 and loved it! I highly recommend it.

I'm planning a wedding in Disney and I'm working on my menu. The salad at this Luau was amazaing, does anyone know where I could find the menu for this dinner? I looked on Seaworld's website and all it says is "Island salad".

are you getting married on grounds with Disney staff? IF you want to have a seaworld salad from the Luau I am sure they will find a way for you to have it. From the shows I have seen about Disney weddings they do anything for the bride.
