Morning Losers

DH is at the office right now filing the paperwork for his promotion!

It will be rough for the first couple of months (due to the way the pay structure is) but it certainly means a LOT more money in the future.

So.... guess who has a job now? Yep. Me. Not exactly sure if thats a good/bad thing? But the hours are flexible... and it's not bad having your DH as a boss...

And you're already sleeping with him, so the perks should be flowing in. ;)

Good morning all! I thought I would start the day off with an email I received....a nice little laugh to start the morning:

I am passing this on to you because it definitely works and we could all use a little more calmness in our lives. By following this simple advice heard on the Dr. Phil show, you can find your inner peace, too.

Dr. Phil proclaimed "the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started and have never finished"

So............I looked around my house to see all the things I started and hadn't finished. And before leaving the house this morning I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of zinfandel, a bottle of Bailey's Irish Cream, a package of oreos and the remained of my old prozac prescription. the rest of the cheesecake and some doritos and valentine chocolates.

You have no idea how freakin good I feel right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please pass this one to anyone you think needs to achieve inner peace.

I love it!!

I used to work for DH. It was fun to freak people out that didn't know we were married. Sometimes it was intentional other times not. We had a design engineer come in to check out a project once and the three of us went out for lunch. Not even thinking I either put something on DH's plate, or took something off of it. The engineer looked at us funny and I realized he didn't know we were married.

The funnier instance, we were leaving work at the same time and I grabbed his had as we walked outside. One of the drywall guys came walking in at the same time and gave us a funny look. I just put my finger to my lips and said "Shhh, don't tell."

Morning Losers!

This one of my sister's chemo weeks, so I'll be heading over there in a bit to see if they need me for anything.

I really, really, really have to clean today too. I'm running out of time. Between cooking and the school stuff... yeah... I gotta clean today.

I probably won't be around much, so you guys stay out of trouble. Or, if you get into trouble, make sure you take pictures to share.

She would have used the drive thru then :thumbsup2

What was I thinking?

Mornin' Losers! I am off to gymnastics with the little one this A.M. but then having to hurry home since we have a plumber coming over. Garbage disposal is shooting water everywhere while in use. Not pretty. It's 15 years old, so I am not surprised. Anyway, if my life stays this exciting I might just have to write a book! (or at least read one!):lmao:

That is so funny!

I am trying to convince my husband to hire me....he wants no part in it!

I guess he knows my ways!:dance3:

What the heck happened while I was gone yesterday?

Suddenly, I have a craving to smash a pie in someones face...

Weird.
