Eating some peanut butter on whole grain bread right now. Got some good complex carbs and protein. If this helps me feel better then I will know it's hypoglycemia. I have some insulin resistance as it is and this could mean it's getting worse.

Alert! I just told someone what I thought of their "educational" trip to Disney on the "Taking child out of school" thread. I tempered it, but she ticked me off. I took the "crazy" comment personally, since I am one who keeps saying I thing it is silly to try and tell the school and teacher that a trip to WDW is for educational purposes...from the way I read the part about her not knowing as much as teachers and dissing public schools, I bet she is a home schooler. which is fine, just dont' shove that in my face that homeschooling is better. I'd better stop, sorry if I offended any homeschoolers here..

In middle school the school sponsored an "educational" trip to Orlando. We went to MK, Epcot, Universal and Kennedy Space Center. The only two requirements we had were to go to the Hall of Presidents and to see The American Adventure. That was it. As long as we did that it was considered educational.

Lin, Web MD is scary. It always makes me freaked out. My mom is a nurse too. I'm not sure who is worse, her or Web MD.

Tink, Way to go on two drive thrus. I didn't tell you my afternoon secret. When I went into Subway to get my sandwich this afternoon I left the van running.

Shore, I am glad that the faux buzz was avoided. And the laundry is done. Have a great trip.

I am trying not to think about what WebMD said and my mom was no help. She was like...what do you expect...I don't do adults only babies.

My mom works on the stroke and cardiac floor. So don't call her, unless you want to freak yourself out. I got a blood infection after I had DS3 and she scared the crap out of DH. He is a cop so, it takes a lot to scare him. Whn it comes to the kids she is of no help. Maybe we should switch?!

He was most upset to get a shower this morning.

I called home...mom is at work and my dad basically laughed at me and said I was dehydrated. Dehydrated my butt...I drank at least 5 16oz cups of water today and yesterday...been very thirsty lately.

This will be a drive by. DH is home, so I have to look sort of busy. Dh is also getting sick. Not sure I'm ready to deal with that.

DS3 has an ear recheck. I'm supposed to be having lunch with the girls, so DS3 is coming too. Not sure I'm ready for that.

DD7 is having a friend stay the night tonight. Hopefully they will stay up late so I can DIS. I need to go rent a movie. I think we might be having pizza too.

DS5 wanted the friend's little sister to sleep over too. Maybe I should start a thread about that. Not. I told him he could have her over for his pirate party. He was fine with that.

Start thinking of fun things for a pirate party while I am gone.

My DS (he's 10!!) peed all over the seat in MY bathroom last night so guess who happened to sit there before going to bed? Me! Eeeeeeeeewwwwwww You'd think by 10 he could control it, but no: I have to wipe the floor and wall in the other bathroom all the time because he doesn't pay attention where he's going. Dude, if you don't hear it hitting the water, you are missing!
