Splash Mountain - almost 2 hours in mid-July - before Fastpass came along.

1 1/2 hours for Test Track when it first opened in 99. Lines havn't been nearly as daunting as this since they started FastPass.

We always go off-season, so we never wait for anything...

So it was funny when we decided to ride the gondolas over the park (the Skyway?? I forget it's official name.) We got in line at the far end of Fantasyland, and it kept breaking down. We probably waited an hour to ride that!
