Summer is quickly approaching and with lots of outdoors activities, vacations, getaways, weddings and gatherings. Along with that comes the heat, humidity, chlorine, salt water, etc.. which can equal, dried out, the frizzes, or limp and lifeless hair...
So when leaving a tip, Please include your hair length, color, hair texture, products & /or styling tools and favorite go to hair style.
I have long hair ( middle of my back), blonde, super fine, with a slight wave.
When I head out to the pool or beach, I never go with dry hair, I use a leave in conditioner or comb in a small amount of conditioner once out of the shower. Pull up with a hair clip, and off we go. In my beach bag I keep a hat & kids detangler in a spray bottle with a wide tooth comb to use through out the day, I reapply after getting out of the water. If we are at the beach I do take small bottles ( travel size) of shampoo and conditioner and some kind of mousse or gel to make my hair wavier with me, we normally head for a restaurant for dinner and walking around, (St Armand's circle is a favorite) so we like to shower off.. just can't stand going anywhere with sunscreen, sand and that sticky feeling. I just do a quick wash, use some type of clarifying shampoo (to cut through all the conditioner), a light conditioner or a bit of the kids detangler to make combing through easier and then the gel, scrunch it up a bit and I am good to go.
I bought some of those refillable travel size container and they work really well and it so much cheaper than buying the travel size ones.
Hair Style - I love hair biters in all sizes, you can do a quick clip up, messy bun style or French twist, I do a high pony a lot with a braid wrapped around, or straighten hair wrapped around the hair band, a few bobby pins and your good to go.
