The Laundry Will Be Folded When I Finish Booking ADRs updtd 11/6Never Dones!

I'm catching up! Cute kitty!!! I read your post about the resort change lol. You will be fine with your choice. Like we said, request a building and hope for the best! 10 or 6 are my favs. 10 shares the parking lot with the main building and 6 is across from 10. Both offer preferred and standard rooms!

You will also be happy that you have a car with all of your resort meals! I missed having a car when we went to Ohana on Sunday. I figured that it cost us nearly 2 hours in traveling and that is a lot of time when you want to spend more time a the pool on your "off day"!!

I did not request a building, because I'm in a preferred room. What I did request was a top floor, courtyard view. That way, I have no one over my head and I'll be away from the pools.

I like having my car with me going solo. Especially now that I plan to go to the Beach Club and pay to use the fitness center twice while I'm there!

welcome new member Bailey!:cool1:

Thanks!

Maybe you'll stay in the 50s building at Pop, eh? :thumbsup2

:rotfl2: Maybe.

WHOOO....50 never looked so good!!!!! YAY!!!!:cool1:

:thumbsup2 I'm excited!

Just wanted to share my family's trick or treat pictures! We had trick or treat last night in our community--we still live by the Blue laws in South Carolina. The local church did a hay ride for trick or treating:

My kids climbing aboard the trailer:

The three stooges--my son and his best two friends

We needed two tractors--this is the one ahead of us turning up the street towards the grocery store:

LOL--the Baptist Church trick-or-treating at the liquor store:

The best spot in town for the candy: The nursing home:

About 7:30 last night at the Tiger Mart--the local Exxon station:

Across the street--our last stop--the Dairy Maid--they gave the kids free ice cream cones!

I saw the pics on facebook, looks like a fun time!! Our trick or treat is right now. We were excited to be in a new neighborhood in a new state but we've only had 20 or so kids. The neighborhood isn't even half built yet and so my mom is hoping for more next year!

How did I miss this PTR? :confused3 I have a lot of catching up to do.

We never have any around our house. You can look at the pictures of the town and tell it is a very rural community. There's nothing really in the town, so Halloween is like the most celebrated holidays.

We can't have it on Friday nights (high school football) or Sunday nights (the liquor store isn't open).

LOL--not too much catching up--most of the trip is : Deluxe/not Deluxe; which resort.

YAY for lots of Halloween fun!! Hmmm...I could go for an ice cream cone right now, instead I'll just let your kiddos have the calories for me!!!!

I should have guessed that. :rotfl2:

YAY for Bailey and 50 days!! (Well, it's less than 50 days for you now, but still...!)

Great trick or treating pics! I was a total poo on Halloween this year. I didn't do anything except sit around and watch Child's Play! :rotfl:

:thumbsup2 I could have gotten some ice cream. I just let the kids have theirs.

I'm becoming so predictable!

We had trick or treat on sat and sun but we don't have anything like that. It looks fun!

It was the first time we did it like that! Next year I think I'm taking my elder daughter to WDW and then taking the younger two on the hay ride.

Is it 50 for you today?!?

I would have loved to watch some horror movies afterwards, but needed to be up for church Sunday!

I kind of feel sad, yet okay about this at the same time:

I canceled Citrico's.

I know, I know. It came down to a choice between the Tea and Citrico's.

I flipped a coin.

Citrico's was not the winner.

Yep, in my world, no ADR is safe. . .except maybe Boma. . .

I love it! It's like playing survivor with the ADRs lol. Of course in anyones world, no ADR is safe..and you still have more time to add and take away lol.

Not unlike how in MY world, no resort is safe!!:lmao: And I'm glad that the Tea won.....it's wonderful!:goodvibes

I know. I'm worried that I'm going to add back the DxDP and certainly don't need to!

I decided that the tea let me stay more casual the entire trip.

It really seems like a long time, but it isn't. As I contemplate what 41 days means, I am struck with a sudden realization: I don't have a tops list yet!

So, let's start off with some things I am determined I will do, but have never done:

Magic Kingdom:
Astro Orbiter--I would love to try it, but I never have. I think a night ride with the castle lit up would be awesome!

Epcot:
Candlelight Processional--This is something that can only be done in this season. This year, I will be seeing the great Mr. Trace Adkins as narrator. I have dining reservations for the 8:15 showing and am excited!

Hollywood Studios:
One Man's Dream--I've stepped in, but never stayed

Animal Kingdom:
Flights of Wonder--do they still do this? I've never done it and would love to!

Is there any obscure thing I need to do that I've never done? Chime in!

Flights of Wonder is on my to do list for AK too. I have not seen it either.

On our 1st family trip we accidently rode Astro Orbiter. When I saw it from a distance I commented that I did not care to ride it. My family agreed. It was night and we were on our way out of the park. For some reason, we stopped and got in a line. We didn't even know what the line was for. Boy were we surprised. I rode with my husband and my kids rode together laughing their heads off at me the entire time. It was pretty cool to ride at night though. I enjoyed the lights.

I saw flights of wonder when I had my training at AK. It was a cute show but of course when we are there, if it's between staying to see that show and going to the pool..the pool will win lol. It's nice to see those kinds of things if you want to spend the whole day there and if it's not hot hot hot!!!!

I don't blame you for changing your ADRs! I have changed mine a million times it feels like! :rotfl:

I am so jealous that Trace Atkins is your celebrity narrator for the CP! I was really excited about seeing that, but Marlee Matlin or whatever her name is will be the celebrity narrator when we're there, and I really have no desire to see her in person. I mean, it's not that I dislike her or anything, but the only thing I've ever seen her in was Dancing With the Stars. I just wish it were someone that I knew a little better! :confused3
