Of course you can! I'm so excited for you and your son! Where are you staying? What's your plan?
Thanks...We're doing Pop Century and we're on the dining plan, so I've made reservations for as many character meals and fun dining experiences as I could. I've had mixed advice on Animal Kingdom, so didn't schedule anything there, but have left room in our schedule if he decides he'd like to go. So we've got 3 days at Magic Kingdom, 1 at MGM (and back for a dinner another night...first part of that day in DTD) 2 at Epcot or 1 at Epcot and one at AK if he chooses.
I'm trying not to micro-schedule, but wanted to get ADR's so we could enjoy our meals!
I am SOOO ready to go! Went and bought a bunch of stuff we'll need last night and today, so now it's just hurry up and wait, lol!
The best part so far is the countdown...I mentioned that he doesn't know about the trip, but he does know that he's getting some kind of big surprise in a few weeks. Every day, he has the opportunity to earn a clue by showing good behavior, being a helper, etc, and the clues are the letters to the sentence "I am going to Disneyworld". We've made quite a game of finding the letters each day, and on the last day (the night before we leave) he'll get a box with some things for the trip and the final letter will be inside! I can't wait to see the look on his face when he finds out he's going the very next day!!
