Hi Disney fans!

Isn´t that one of the longest trip report names you have seen? Just couldn´t imagine up a cooler one! :rotfl2:

With these words my first trip report ever starts! I´m so excited!
As you read in the trip report name, I´m taking the big step of moving from Sweden to the USA, California to be more exact. Me and my boyfriend will move there to go to Santa Monica College for 2 years. I´m going to study Fashion Merchandising and he Business Administration. We have been looking forward to doing this for 2 years now so it´s finally time. We have always felt more at home in the US then in Sweden. Not to complain on my own country or anything, but people aren´t so friendly over here. We don´t say hi to our neighbours, we don´t make small talk with the cashiers in the cafe and customer service doesn´t exist! Of course we have always done that stuff anyways, and frankly are getting tired of the "are you crazy" looks.
And everytime I have been in the US it have always been the complete opposite. Love all the friendly, talkative people! So that is the reason for the move.
The reason for the trip, is that I put some guilt on my parents. That they wasn´t going to see me for two years and wasn´t a last family trip such a good farewell? And my brothers and sister was going to miss me so much now, as the have always been called my tail. Yeay, I know, I brought out the big guns, but they said yes :woohoo: Of course another reason was that I really wanted to spend some time with them all before leaving, we always have lots of fun together. Crazy fun, weird fun, but fun noneless.

So of I went planning and booking. The I planned some more, asked if anybody else wanted to plan and then planner som more by myself! I got to decide everything so now they even call me the Disney Nazi (big evil laugh here).

And this is what the trip became:

15/1 - Arrival (long 16 hour trip) And we are staying at POP Centruy (or ScopaTowers as I like to call it)

16/1 - MK, ADR for dinner at Chef Mickeys

17/1 - Epcot, ADR for dinner at Ohana

18/1 - MGM, Fantasmic package at Hollywood & Vine

19/1 - AK, ADR for dinner at Boma

20/1 - MK, ADR for breakfast at Crystal Palace

21/1 - Epcot, eating and drinking around the world

22/1 - Checking out, hit MGM to rid Rock n Roller Coaster, shopping at DTD and then lunch at Beaches & Cream for the some Kitchen Sink!
Also checking in at our next hotel on I-Drive, Rodeway Inn.

23/1 - Sorry all Disney fans, we will also go over tot he dark side. Universal Studios

24/1 - Shopping day, maybe some minigolf

25/1 - Island of Adventure

26/1 - More shopping at Orlando Premium Outlets

27/1 - Sea World

28/1 - Shopping at Mall of Millenia and playing at some arcades later

29/1 - Florida Mall on the day and the Pirate & Princess Party at MK on the evening. We are all going to dress up as pirates!

30/1 - Saddest day of all! Family flies back to Sweden, boyfriend and me to Los Angeles.

Here is our cast:

ME, 23, the biggest lover of everything Disney in my family! Commando planer, shopaholic and have a big obsession with everything Tinkerbell or the Disney Princesses! Also love Key Lime Pie and Sharp Cheddar Cheese more than life itself (you can´t get them in Sweden). This will be my 7th visit to the world.

DBoyfriend, 22, and the number 2 biggest fan of Disney. Totally my prince charming and frankly, puts up with very much **** from me. Ok, it is Disney ****, put who can blame a guy from getting a little angry when he´s girlfriend wakes him up at 5 am to get help deciding which ADR we should book. :rolleyes1 He is a big Stitch fan and he´s really looking forward to wearing that "Stitch eating up your head" hat all over the WDW. This will be is second visit to the world.

DBrother 1, 20, and we all call him Grumpy! The "magic" hasn´t quite reach him yet, but I´m working on it. Not much one for the big coasters or spinning things, but really love everything that has some cool technology! Also have a big obsession with those claw machine things that pull up cuddly toys (don´t remember the name for them).

DBrother 2, 18, the little weirdo! :teeth: Big fan of his because he actually listens when I talk about everything Disney. And he doesn´t just nod his head either, he responds! That´s why we call him weirdo. And also because he watches Sex & The City and likes Miranda the most. :rotfl:
He is a bit of a Disney newbie as he was so young the last trip we took, so he is looking forward to everything!

DSister, 15, the biggest little prima donna in the world. Ever heard of a wolf in sheeps clothing, that´s my sister! Cute, blonde and lover of pink, but beware if you piss her of :furious: :rotfl2: But she loves the Disney princesses too, so I forgive her! Don´t remember anything from our last trip to WDW so this will be exciting for her.

DMom,53, and the ruler of our family! Biggest Tiki Room fan! She made this trip possible so big love to her

DDad, 53, this is the guy that my DBrother 1 takes after, so what other name than the Grinch can we call him?! Don´t understand the magic at all but is really looking forward to eating and drinking around World Showcase. What can you do? :confused3

So this was the first part of my trip report and hopefully there will be more. Hope you all excuse my english, I now that it isn´t the best always. Will learn more at college :rotfl:

SEE YA!
