hi all!
my name is Val and it is my W.I.S.H to loose the last 20lbs of weight that is still on me to achieve my goal!
Using the L.A weight Loss system i have lost 25lbs about a year and a half ago and have kept it off, with summer in about 6 months I would finially like to reach my goal weight of 125!!!
I found this website was extremely helpful and supportive last time around so I'm hoping this time around will be the same
Here's a now and then pic to start this off!!
Today:
Breakfast: 2 low sugar cookies (not a great start hehe o well they were delish)
Snack: Baby carrots with low fat ranch dip
Lunch: Homemade tomato soup with 1/3 cup of noodles
Dinner: Homemade chicken soup
I guess its a soup day today!
*** i havent yet started LA weightloss again, as i just got over the stomach flu. I will be starting monday full force! wish me luck!!!
