True which is good. From reading these boards I went with the expectation I’d be sitting in the sand never getting a chair. So I was very happy with our outcome.

Slightly unrelated - I'm trying to set up a trip for 2026. Which is better April or May? Easter is April 6 in 2026, so we'd avoid that week. But outside of that, any advice to avoid Lounge Chair Hunger Games and other issues?

Not sure how much it affects Aulani, but around that time you might also want to avoid Golden Week.

Do the Disney two-step. DLand for two days and then Aulani for 5 days.

I've never used Disneyland as a gateway to Aulani.. but I have used Aulani as a gateway to Australia/South Pacific. Would strongly recommend.

We use Disneyland as a gateway to Florida. It's nice to know this is a reciprocal arrangement.

Yeah, I just looked at dvcforless.com and I see the contracts and true this particular broker is always above market. But it only takes 1 buyer at that price.

They’re asking $20pp more than similar sized contracts with 2025’s points lol. Points likely to expire before closing must have some value I overlooked.
