The large number of new Aulani resale contracts??

Not sure if it's the same person (and it doesn't really matter), but I've found it ironic that there are owners who say things like "highly experienced renter", or "I've been renting points for 5 years", in an effort to build confidence with potential renters, when it's also revealing so much more.

I know of someone who rents points for her trips and classed her self as an experienced renter !

Seems to be a pretty common refrain. This one stood out because of the sheer volume of points available.

Since we are getting way off topic now in terms of discussing Aulani contracts, we are going to close the thread

Also, plenty of discussion has happened in reference to walking and renting, resulting in those needing to be shut down.

If and when we get something from DVC regarding these topics, we will begin a thread to discuss them.
