Ooh we are excited to try Chef's for the first time in December

What time was your ADR as I would love to see Remy!

Both meals I've had there have been great. Hopefully you also enjoy it in December. Our ADR was for 1:30pm I believe. I did also see Remy in Feb & that ADR was at 12:00 (I think - it was near opening)

Everything looks delicious! Putting the ice-cream place on my list of must tries. Somehow even with all the walking I have a feeling weight will be gained.

It really is! I really don't have much desire to try anything different on their menu for an entree, especially as it has 2 of my favorite things: onions & bacon.

I was really happy with our food overall this trip.

Surprisingly, I didn't gain any weight this trip. I think the heat and swimming negated the calorie intake. My husband gained about 4 lbs but they quickly went away once we got home & back to a normal pattern.

Splitsville​

After a short afternoon swim, we headed back to Downtown Disney for some window shopping. As I had bought the squeezie cup the day before, I had to get a refill before we did all that walking

I went for the Gator Bite this time. It was super strong. My husband went with a Pina Colada. He also enjoyed it but was done drinking half way through and just put it in my drink. That was an interesting combo.

Fulton's​

Fulton's is my husband's must do for the trips he joins me on.

We had a delay in check in as the people in front of us were super confused for some reason. We were taken upstairs to the back of the boat.

Now the following 4 items are the things that don't vary for us at all from trip to trip. We are always happy with our 2 appetizer choices & weren't disappointed this time around either.

Crab Dip

Sourdough Bread

Caesar Salad

Clam Chowder

"Brick" Chicken w/ whipped potatoes & mushrooms

My husband ate too much chicken this trip, IMHO. He loved this chicken as well. The spices worked really well together.

Halibut w/ Risotto Cake

My halibut was perfectly cooked. The risotto cake was rather bland when it wasn't eaten with some of the fish or the broth which was disappointing but the fish made up for that.

We skipped dessert.

Fulton continues to keep us coming back & we'll be back in October.
