Hey, has anyone else seen the advertisement for the Disney on Ice show:

The Incredibles in a Magic Kingdom Adventure

The Disney on Ice website lists this description:

"An incredibly fun time on ice!

Get ready to laugh, because The Incredibles are taking you on a super family vacation through the Magic Kingdom® Park with Mickey, Minnie and friends. See The Incredibles as they enjoy favorite Disney attractions, including "it's a small world", Pirates of the Caribbean, The Haunted Mansion and more! It’s a hilarious, action-packed adventure for everyone."

Unfortunatly it looks like there will not be any shows near us. Here is the tour schedule:

March 15-19: St. Louis, Missouri
March 22-26: Dallas, Texas
March 29-April 2: Fort Worth, Texas
April 5-9: Houston, Texas
April 12-16: San Antonio, Texas
April 19-23: Little Rock Arkansas
April 26-May 1: Hidalgo, Texas
May 3-7: Laredo, Texas
May 10-14: Austin, Texas

I hope that this show will soon find it's way to the southeast!!

I sent an email to Disney on Ice to ask if there would be other performances and I will let you all know if I hear back from them!

This sounds like alot of fun!

It was a very cute show. Toured Hershey, PA back in November and we went the day before leaving for our WDW trip. It was a really fun way to get ready for Disney. My son is still talking about how Mr. Incredible kept breaking the rides.

One nice "extra" at the show is that every child is given a plastic Incredibles wristband that has two buttons they can push to make a little light come on. They all use it at the end of the show to defeat Syndrome. My son still puts it on from time to time and pretends he's defeating "the bad guys".

That sounds like so much fun!!!

There is hope that it will be in our area some time in the future since it was up there in November!

YEAH!

It was in Baltimore, MD and another arena in Northern Virginia in October last year (I think it was October). Really cute, my son loved it! He also still plays with the wrist band thing, and the Dash mask that came with the cotton candy.

You can sigh up through Disney to get advance ticket sale info on all of their ice shows that come through your area (most recently here was the Princess show). https://register.go.com/disney/disn...ps://register.go.com/disney/disneyonice/lists. You can get the best seats with the pre order. I love it!

We loved it too. We saw it New Years Eve in Philly. It's what "convinced" us we need to go back to WDW really soon!! So we are going back this year :cool1: :Pinkbounc

I am picking her up from Brownies on Wednesday after school and then we are headed to the Incredibles on Ice!! :cool1:
I can't wait!!

We love the Disney Ice shows and she thinks we are not going to this one.... :thumbsup2

We live in St.Louis Mo!!

I hope it comes to your town soon..... :wizard:

They where just here in MN, my mom and I saw the show this sat. and it was awesome!!!!! We loved it so much, we wish we could have saw it again! Since we loved it so much we did buy a program and I got a cool Dash cup!

And the funny thing about is when we got home I got online and bought airling tickets, so my mom and I could go to Disney World!!!! And so we are going to Disney World Dec.5-12,2006 and we can't wait!!!!!!

We saw the show in December- it was great! I really enjoyed the setup for Small World and Haunted Mansion! :thumbsup2

I saw it last month in Boston, right before our trip to DL. Talk about perfect timing to get us all excited! IMO, this was the best Disney on Ice yet....and to be honest, I havent even seen the Incredibles movie.

We saw it here in Knoxville, TN last fall, maybe around October. I would call us the southeast, so I don't know why it hasn't been to your area. If you get the chance, go! It was a lot of fun.

We saw it in Baltimore last October. We all loved it and yes the kids do still play with the wristbands and dash head that the popcorn came in. It was especially fun for them because they recognized the places in the magic kingdom. Hopefully you will get a chance to see it!

:sad2: Maybe that means that it has already been to my area and that I just missed it.

I hope not because I really want to see it!

We saw the show in Cleveland, Ohio in Jan. it was my first Disney on Ice, I thought it was really good and that's what got the bug going for my family to go to Disney again this year.

We saw it in Boston a few weeks ago. It was much better than the Toy Story one we saw last year. Kept my nephews attention through the whole thing. I think it was mainly because they recognized all of the attractions shown from their trips to WDW.

It really was pretty good. Though in true Disney style they sure know how to charge for souvenirs and food!!

I have just booked tickets for a new Disney Live show, it's called Disney Magic. It's showing in my area at National Theater in DC, Hippodrome in Baltimore and Patriot center in Virginia. It's done by the same people that do the ice shows, and it's a (surprise) magic show. Our Tickets are for May. Just for any of you who love to get their Disney fixes!

We saw the show in Indianapolis in December. It was a really cute show - I LOVED the part when they visited the Haunted Mansion! It was a nice "Disney fix"!

We saw it last October in Knoxville, TN, also. It came during our fall break. This was good, because we go to WDW every other year during fall break & 2005 was our "off" year. This gave us a Disney fix to get us by until this October. The kids loved it!

There is a lot of "junk" that they sell, tho. We prepared our kids ahead of time & reminded them that getting to go to the show was the treat. Neither of them (4 & 7 at the time) asked for anything. I was so proud of them.

We usually get Disney on Ice in Oct. (tulsa), so maybe they are coming back around then. This one sounds awesome--great for boys and girls. So many times, it only appeals to one or the other. YEah!!! :cheer2:

We saw it just a few weeks ago here in Detroit. It was cute. I thought it lacked some of the magic of previous Disney On Ice shows (we always go when they come to town) but my kids LOVED it. A good time was had by all. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Not a big fan of the Ice Skating and normally would stay away from such events. However; Incredibles visiting the MK... if this show was near us I would go.... we did mention it on our BLOG
