The impact of park hopping restrictions on my resort choices

I’m currently at the Boardwalk. After my 2020 trip it moved up the favorite list to spot #1 because we love Epcot and popping over was just so easy. However, I really miss hitting an early park and returning through or just entering Epcot for lunch. I may have to return to a monorail resort for my next trip.
