We are switching our Sisters only trip to next year since we would like to stay near Epcot.
Now Back to the April Trip I have packed yup I did a test packing I have room for a lot more now I will have to find out the weight on it. Look out Disney in 30days here we come

Get on Magical Express take to Pop Century Resort
Check- In to Pop Century around 11am or a Little after
Counter Service Lunch at Pop Century
Head to Magic Kingdom
Magic Kingdom hours 8am to 11pm Extra Magic Hours 11pm to 2am
Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern 7:15pm

Monday April 18, 2011
Head to Epcot
Epcot hours 9am to 9pm
Lunch at Le Cellier Steakhouse 1:10pm

Morning head to Magic Kingdom

Head to Pioneer Hall for HDDMR at Fort Wilderness 5:00pm Dinner
Pick up tickets for HDDMR the day we arrive
After HDDMR Head to Epcot
Epcot hours 9am to 9pm Extra Magic Hours 9pm to 12am

Head to Hollywood Studio
Hollywood Studio hours 9am to 10pm Extra Magic Hours 10pm to 1am
Lunch at Sci-fi Drive-In Thearter 2:20pm is scheduled with 6 people
Did make a Reservation for BIL and Sister just incase they wanted lunch by themselves at Mama Melrose’s will have to cancel ASAP if they don’t want it
Lunch Mama Melrose’s 2:05pm
After lunch return to Pop Century for some swimming
Counter Service Dinner at Pop Century
After Dinner Head back to Hollywood Studio

Head to Epcot

Breakfast at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall 9:20am
Mom, Dad and Hallie have Dinner at Via Napoli at 4:30pm
Tara, Tim and Lilah Dinner at Cape May Café at 5:20pm (Beach Club resort)
Meet back up at Epcot after Dinner

Head to Animal Kingdom
Animal Kingdom Hours 8am to 8pm
Counter Service Breakfast or Lunch
Around 2:00pm head back to Pop Century to relax and swim
Head to Epcot
Epcot hours 9am to 9pm
Dinner at Rose and Crown 6:45pm scheduled with 6 people

We let go of Mama melrose's for my sister and brother in-law. They all want to come to sci-fi so we kept it for 6 people.

So we have Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern- It is served Family Style on
Disneyworld.com it says dinner includes:
Declaration Salad
Turkey, Beef and Ham with Season Vegetables, Herb Bread Stuffing, and Mac and Cheese
For Dessert Apple Crisp
and A Drink soft Drink
I will have the Turkey and Beef and everything else but the ham (I don't eat ham)
for Drink I will have Root Beer

Since we are on the dining plan I will pay out of Pocket for:
Cup of the Cheddar Cheese soup (Yummy) I loved it last time.
I will also probably get Torontopolitan or a Magic Star Cocktail
Now for the Dining plan
I will have a diet coke or rootbeer (if they have it)
I want the Le Cellier Mushroom Filet Mignon
Since I am not a fan of Risotto I will ask if they have the cream cheese mashed Potatoes or see If I can get th Filet Migon with Mac and Cheese
For Dessert I have no idea if they have the chocolate Moose then I will get that other wise I have no idea.

It is family style
It has Tossed Salad Cornbread, Fried Chicken,BBQ ribs, Mashed potatoes and beans and Strawberry shortcake.
I will have a Rootbeer to drink and everything sounds good food wise to me.

The cold buffet had fruit, pastries, cheese, cereal, and yogurt...

The family style meal they brought out was a potato casserole, scrambled eggs, bacon, and link sausage. That's an all you can eat type thing. Don't be shy about asking for seconds!

We have 11 days to go and we are still getting the last few things ready. Waiting for bording pass, ME tags, Suitcase tags you know the little stuff. Well I called the travel agent, on monday. And she was on vacation. So I talked to someone else Come on people its getting close really close and I am getting stressed.
