I take the dressing gown off and wear a jacket - with a reasonably supportive singlet top - so from the waist up its OK - but flannel bottoms and slippers - sure! :clown:

But I dont get out of the car!!!

I'll never forget my mum driving my brother to work before he had his licence so my sister and I had to go, I had on my pajama pants and threw on a school musical windcheater and driving through town my mums car broke down (of course it did), before the days of mobile phones, off we toddled to the police station around the corner to get them to help my mum move the car (back in the day when they did that stuff LOL)

How embarrassing.
 
Thats the thing about getting old - I wouldnt really care, but DD would die of embarrassment should I get out of the car. :rotfl:

just putting it out there... tomorrow i start my 'getting ready for our disneyland trip' diet & exercise regime.

i now have to move around my lounge room furniture to accomodate the exercise bike i have just purchased and made carlo assemble for me and intend to make good use of it... so, my goal for tomorrow... 1 hour total on the bike (probably in increments) and to re-do the lounge to accomodate it so that i can be exercising while dis-ing and watching tv :)

lol. i used mine for about 2 minutes the night we got it too, just to make sure it worked properly... then it promptly sat in the corner for the remainder of the week..

but i'm damned if i'm spending this money and not using it, so today is my day to make sure i get started... i'm good at forming bad habits, so i should be equally as good at forming good habits, right??::yes:: sweet.

wish me and my poor legs luck.. they'll need it by the time i'm done with them :worried:
 
Maybe you should start a competition to see who can log more time on their respective exercise machines :yay:

I always say when you know someone is watching you, you work harder :laughing:

I do 3 hours of exercise a week at the gym, but I'm thinking I should start trying to get to the gym half an hour earlier, and starting up my couch 2 5k again.
 
i also try to get there 4 times a week...but averaging 1-2:lmao:

so any support to get me motivated would be greatly appreciated.....

i need to drop 1 size/ 5 kgs...but the fat just wont move off these hipspopcorn::
 
My work computer is being painfully slow... How on earth do they expect me to chat on the Dis, plan a holiday to Japan and do work with this substandard machine?!? :confused3
