As my mom shared with you all I made it in to the DCP! I am planning on starting my Pre Trip/Eventual Trip Report tomorrow since it will be 2 months until I check in! I know a lot of people are curious about the interview process and everything so I wanted to be able to share all of my knowledge with my DISfriends!

But before May 14 rolls around I need to finish this baby off!

This morning we woke up early and I am assuming we had breakfast but we have no photographic evidence!

Instead we just have pictures of our first destination of the morning!



a Christmassy MK



These decorations just put you in the Christmas Spirit!

Even the dancers were in the right attire!



Eventually Mickey and the family of the day came out and opened up the park! We had no set plans for today so we started off by taking pictures of the decorations







I actually watched Dumbo the other day and boy is that movie weird! They have an entire scene featuring Dumbo getting drunk and having hallucinations about elephants!

The Castle, of course, looked stunning today!





And the Carousel



We started our day off with It's a Small World! I told my mom that if I start missing her too much while I'm gone I will ride this in her honor! She loves this ride!



These pictures came out so dark and it makes the ride look evil and ominous. Which is how I feel about it most of the time it's just this time I could capture it.

and no ride is complete without a dead clown



Once we arrived back from our tour through the underworld the clock was open



Then it was time for one of my favorite rides!



Winnine the Pooh!



I love Piglet's face in this portion!



Once we were done exploring the 100 Acre Wood we headed to the circus



and to the water play area



I wish Pete had a meet and greet area!

Since we were in the area we decided to go on the Barnstormer



This is a bit weird seeing Space Mountain in a Circusy line




It was time to ride!





After we lost our lunches because of the triple loop on the Barnstormer we headed out



and went to go see if New Fantasyland was decorated





It was!

Of course they used antler decor at Gaston's!





Too pretty!







The Castle was too!



You can't really see it but if you have ever seen the Enchanted Christmas Beauty and the Beast Movie Angelique from it is actually on top of the tree!



It was nice to see the decorations and after having our fill of whimsy and fantasy it was time for something scary!

Once we finished singing along with the 999 Happy Haunts we headed back out to Liberty Square

Saw a huge bird chillin on the roof



and Splash Mountain!



and headed to ride BTMRR



We hadn't been on this for a while so this ride was overdue!



and we got the front seat!

It was then time for our usual coffee stop!



We chose to sit back here



and listened to the singing lessons



When we were re-energized and ready to continue we ran in to some singing!

It was great being able to see them perform!



Then it was time for Tomorrowland!



and to help Buzz defeat the Evil Emperor Zurg



The world was saved and we really had no goals for this morning so the wandering continued





We took a quick break outside Sir Mickeys





And then it was lunch time!!!

I love when you just wander through the parks. You get so many pictures of areas that most of us don't stop and take the time to look at. I always love to see details that I hadn't noticed before. I'm very excited that you will be doing a DCP trip report!
