picking black sand out of my delicates as I walk to the outdoor tropical shower and the infinity pool for a morning dip

Man, I have black sand everywhere - time for a shower then a dip in the pool. That was a lot of fun and absolutely gorgeous. (suzannen do you have our stash of sand?). Holy hot, though. I hadn't realized how hot the sand would get - but duh, regular sand gets pretty scorching in the sun. Have I mentioned that I am blond?

The gardener and I were hiding! After our bad behavior (laughing and teasing) toward you yesterday, we were a little leery of showing ourselves. To make amends, we're busy preparing a special meal just for you this evening. Just be on the verandah at 7 p.m. and we'll see you're treated like the fine gentleman you are!!!

I am in the mood for a Melon Ball. I have overdone it with the Trade Winds lately. We should try watching the sun set from our own patio tonight.

**SIGH** I'm just home from Hawaii so I think I will join back in here....

I'll have anything without alcohol cuz it makes me dizzy...

I'll just hop up here in this hammock and relax.

No boat rides (fed the fish last week...at least they got a good lunch ) and no snorkeling.... (almost drowned last week on the same boat from lack of knowing how to use flippers..I admit it.... I'm a dork)

I can still hear those gorgeous ocean waves now..rocking me off to sleep.....

I'm back now. Had to go 'off-island' and visit my m-i-l on ole Cape Cod for an overnight. Much better here with you all. Great marathon castlegazer. I'm narrowing down the work place. Has to be on rt 30, probably Natick or Framingham. We watched the start and drove like crazy to get to the Cape before the women finished. Made it by 6 minutes. Phew. BTW....we've never tried 111 but are looking forward to it this summer....an adults nice night out!!
So, I missed all the fun excursions yesterday. Ah well. Maybe tomorrow. Don't drink too much people. And stay away from the bar tender....he's got a job to do!!!! Sheesh people. Now, where is his twin brother hiding......

Well as much as I loved the black sand, it has taken me this long to get it off my body (and goofy4tink, the twin has been very helpful with this task - he's great at lathering and soaping!)

Castlegazer, I left the black sand in a little box on the kitchen counter. Did you not see it? Could someone have accidentally moved it?

I'm in for swimming at the falls - Have the chef prepare a fabulous picninc and we'll eat up there. I'm all about food today - for some reason I am starving.

Check out the new smilies they have added. I love this one, I am constantly saying, "this is me waving my napkin over my head yelling, Hoop Dee Doo..Hoop Dee Doo." Now I don't have to write it all out :happy2:

Hey, Ed can you tell the gardener when we get to the waterfall that we do not take our tops off for swimming. Its makes the old broads in the house a little skitzy.

Hey Suzannen, (not to post seventeen thousand posts in a row, but...) I was just reading your tags and if they can be taken litterally I saw Stevie Nicks in concert last year here in Worcester - I am a huge fan but you should have gotten a look at the shoes she was wearing. They were her prototypical platforms made out of what looked like orthotic shoes. It was a bit ridiculous looking. She was great, though, and it was a great concert.

I also have a lot of rules for my coffee.
