l0l i'm just sitting in my seat and my chair starts shaking and like my room is still shaking you can hear it and my brother just told me about it too, they're also shaking.

is this like an earthquake or what on earth is going on omg. we don't get earthquakes in north carolina it must be something else xD

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America
And to the republic for which it stands
One nation, under God
Indevisible with liberty and justice for all

And we're required to say it. Except some people don't because of their religion but you have to get the okay from the school to be allowed to sit it out.

omg everybody's freaking out about it! that was soooo scary the tv almost fell off the stand! i can't believe we actually had an earthquake that is sooo rare for you to be able to feel an earthquake in the southern states!

omg she's like so pissed because she didn't feel the earthquake and I'm like "hahahahaha i did!"

I thought it was just me, and then I went down stairs and my sister was like, "omigod, what's happening?" and my mom didn't feel anything. Now my mom and my sister are outside talking with like the whole block about what just happened and facebook is flooded with people writing about it.

Same. I thought it was just me and that I was imagining it or something, because my whole room was shaking really bad and I thought it was gonna cave in or something xD So I look out the window and I don't see anything shaking, so I call my mom but she's at work. And then my brother come get me and tell me they were shaking and then I go on facebook and everybody's freaking out.

Earthquake? Just before I go to Florida as well... Not in a whole "well this couldn't get any worse!" sort of way. More in an "I'm going to miss news updates!" sort of way.

okay well now i'm going to talk about surviving an earthquake for the next few days.
