this might seem like a stupid question, but have you tried using a different charger? because the last phone i had would stop charging all the time and it was always the charger.

Yeah, I tried that and then took it to the Verizon store. It's an issue with the phone. They're issuing me a new one. Plus my charger works on other people's phones. I just have to wait until then.
