I got my periods when i went to Disney with my friends.Thank god my mom had dumped the period kit into my bag! Worst part i have a heavy flow! I had to change pads like after every 2-3 hours.But that day i couldn't change frequently since it was embarrassing to keep asking my friends for a loo break.But my Adira period panties protected my shorts from getting stained,and i am glad i carried them along.They are amazing!
