At the AoA resorts, why do the Finding Nemo and Cars areas keep the pencil and paper design if they were made on computer...?

I'm probably wrong, but don't they do some storyboarding/character design on paper?

omg we drove by the AoA site on the way to DTD a few weeks ago and we couldn't see much but eee I'm so excited for it.

when my mom and i went in january, we could see AoA from our room

It's kinda weird, we couldn't really figure it out... I mean, it has the walls on the outside and the hallways on the inside... Well that's usually normal, but not for value/moderate resorts. How much light are they gonna be able to get then? Or is it fancy and an inside hallway kinda place?
