You have been through a lot. I have only sprained my ankle once and that is it. I bet that lip looks like Angelina Jolie's regular lips.

I've broken a wrist, bruised my tailbone, sprained several leg muscles on countless occasions for no apparent reason and killed my nose and lip xD Oh and I split my lip open when I was younger, it was amazing to watch the yellow sponge turn red xD
I haven't been through much though, I hate pain, I'm awful with it.

When I was in high school I played soccer, basketball, volleyball, and like.. everything else.
I liked soccer the most though.

I fail at netball.
I try to play in the wings but noooo I always end up in the goal positions.
It's stupid to put your 5ft player in the goal positions xD
I'm alright at horse-riding, I have some bad days though xD

I also play rec. basketball every Saturday with some friends at our local YMCA. I use to play for the school, but wasn't too fond of the coach, so I quit to focus on my adding muscle for football.

Lacrosse is huge here. I have never played it , but some of the guys are quite good at it.

Here in Illinois lacrosse isn't a big sport or popular sport at all.
