I just walked all the way around building 4. Every single room on the 1st floor is empty and being painted. Carpets not in yet, matresses still in plastic. I took pics, will post tomorrow. I asked a worker, he said this building will be done by Friday. Planning on bldg 1, 4th floor next week.

OOOO FUN! We are booked for the end of January I am super excited as this is the first time i will ever be at any of the parks other than MK and the first time staying onsite and the first time ever being there with my family (DH and our kiddos that is---i have been there with my parents and siblings)

SO i keep saying this trip is more for me than anyone else lol

We will be at POP from 11/13-11/19 attending our first MVMCP. We requested buildings 70's or 80's quiet area facing landscape/parking. We haven't been to POP since April 2005. Can't wait to see the new rooms and enjoy the free QS dining

Just got back to my room after a rainy night in hippy dippy pool. Building #4 - 1st floor, closed all the way around for refurbs.

Just booked my bounceback. Can't wait for 2011!!!

Just the same free dining. The one date I wanted wasn't available anymore, but we got our second choice.

Yummmm...apple blossom sundae sounds wonderful! New things on the menu? Is there more?

A PP reports above that the apple blossom itself is a snack credit, but isn't if you add ice cream to make it a sundae. I don't know what the deal is with the snack credit because three people in my group got the sundaes as CS desserts with no problem. I even got whipped cream and a cherry on mine too.

The sandwich counter is now offering a tuna sandwich that looks identical to the one sold at Columbia Harbor House. The reuben flatbread is now available only as a daily special, and there is now a particular type omelet for the day. I forget exactly which days are what omelet, but I want to say on Saturday, Sunday and Monday it's Key West (which I think is vegetable), and Tuesday and Wednesday, it's chorizo sausage. I forget the other flavor.

Oh...We will be there the same time. We are the family of 3-me, DH, and DD4, and my mom, which I guess makes that 4. Maybe we'll see each other. Looks like the weather is going to cooperate for us, so that's fantastic!
