Thanks all:dance3:,ya I herd that about CBR to,Its me and my DS we do not mind the walks, but did I hear wrong?,but I thought there Is a Internal bus for CBR? again thanks for the support:yay:

YEAH ADR's are booked. I'm super excited!!

My question for this is.....I booked 4 character dining and we are there 7 nights (Sept 26-Oct 3) so I should have 3 more right? Has anyone used the inroom dining? I think I might book one more reservation at Chip N Dales, but thought that we could use the other 2 in our room--as one meal (we don't want to be on a schedule too much)....any comments on this?

Also, they said that we should plan on 1hr - 1 1/2hrs to get to our reservations....we have breakfast reservations at Tusker house--Animal Kingom (9:20am) and Crystal Palace--MK (9:30am)....should we be leaving the resort by 8am?

Another question is can you switch table service/quick service for snacks? I'm just wondering if we get to the end of the week and haven't used them all what happens?

Thanks for your help!!:worship:

We just used Garden Grocer in May we loved it. When we got to Pop they had everything there for us already, we had milk for the baby and they stored it in the fridge for us. It was great got a couple of snacks, fruit, diapers, wipes and some milk. It was definately worth it for us. I would highly recommend them.
Thanks! Anyone else used Garden Grocer? What was your experience like?

I used them when we went earlier this month. They were great! We ordered a case of water, some juice, breakfast items and snacks for my DH and myself. It was worth the $$ just for the water. Disney charges over $2 per bottle of water. I got a case of 32 bottles PLUS all the above food, with tax, shipping and tip for under $60. I made money just on the water! I had no problems with delivery or getting it to my room. In fact, it just appeared in my room. I guess bell staff just decided to deliver it for me! I didn't have anything perishable, so it didn't matter.
I am planning on using them again in September/October when we go for Free Dining. We will still need our water and breakfast foods!

I haven't used it, but last trip we considered it and I read and followed a lot of threads regarding it then and since then. I really haven't ever seen anyone have any complaints about it, other than of course the cost, which you know about up front. It is more expensive than driving to Walmart yourself of course, but it seems like everyone here has found them to be reliable and a good service. You can probably search and find some past threads regarding it if you want since I've seen quite a few.

My husband and I talked about it more last night and, given your reviews, I think we'll be placing an order with Garden Grocer. It'll save us room in the car and we won't have to make a trip to the grocer store like we usually do.

Do you have the dining plan? It is based on nights, so yes, 7 table service credits for 7 nights.

Are you staying at Pop Century? If so, there is no in room dining option.

And for both those ADRs I would indeed leave by 8 am. You still have to walk back to the restaurant, may have to wait on the bus, etc.

They have, at times, allowed you to trade in TS for CS, sometimes with additional snacks, BUT it is not guarenteed and may not be available during your trip.
Best bet is to have TS ADRs in place, especially during the free dining promotion. There will be little to no walk-ups available.

Have a great trip!

thanks for the info. we are staying at pop and have free dining.....so no in-room dining? is there pizza delivery (a movie night could be good) and how many meals would that be...2 as well?

I believe that the pizza delivery is 2 TS or MORE per pizza. Someone else can confirm that.

However, the food court at Pop is CS and has great food. They will put it in take out containers for you to carry back to your room, if you want.

I have also read here, but never tried, that you can call local pizza establishments and have them deliver to Pop, which may be a better buy than spending 2 or more TS on Pop pizza.

Yep there Is,and It Is pretty good!. they Delever to about midnight as far as the credits I am not sure there

Pizza delivery at Pop (from the food court) is 2 table service credits. If you go and pick it up yourself its 2 counter service credits. If memory serves me, we got 2 drinks and 2 desserts with that. I think there may have even been a salad with that, or maybe we swapped a dessert for a salad. Much better value walking down to pick it up.

I was just going to say too, that the only in room dining is pizza, two TS credits...but I've been told in the past by alot that it's not very good. Of course it depends on what you are used to as well.

Hi! Thanks for the info. If I have done this right....we are staying 7 nights so have 7 TS credits. I have 5 TS booked and our sixth day is one we are going to pay for (TRex Cafe) so that leaves me with 2 more and we don't really want 2 scheduled meals in any one day.....thus the thought of pizza. So it would be 2 TS per person? How much pizza do you get...is it per person or just one pizza?

Since you are going to have 2 table service credits left... why don't you try one of the "signature" restaurants that cost 2 credits? We plan on doing this when we go in Sept for free dining... We are going to try the Brown Derby restaurant in Hollywood Studios.... Looks so tasty! Can't wait!

We had thought of that, but I couldn't get the places that we wanted. My husband really doesn't want me to book 2 things in one day so that's where the pizza idea came from. Thanks for all the info. everyone.

Onto my next bit of planning....

I was trying to figure out the times of fireworks and parades....anyone know where I can find this info. I have found info. about them but just not times.

Have you tried one of the Dinner Shows? Hoop-Dee-Doo, Spirit of Aloha or even Mickey's Backyard Barbecue.

Go to disneyworld.com, then scroll your arrow over "PLAN" it will drop down a menu, select which park you are interested (such as Magic Kingdom park hours) once the calendar comes up you can click on the specific date at it will show you all the times for all the events (such as parades and fireworks) that day.

Hope this helps!!!:flower3:
