Before I start on Day 4, I wanted to add something to Day 3. Our original plan for the night was to go to see Spectromagic and Wishes. Since the boys had been begging to swim, we held a family meeting and decided on doing the swimming and downtown disney instead. I was a little disappointed, but I sure didn't want to drag kids to the parade and fireworks when they didn't want to be there.
Day 4-Valentine's Day! Wednesday 2/14/2007
The day started a little later than the previous days. Since we didn't get in from Downtown Disney til 9:30 the night before we decided to take our time getting ready. We were heading back to MGM and since we were only going for autographs and shows we knew we didn't need to rush. We got to MGM about 10 a.m. and headed to RNRC so that I could use the Parent Swap pass. Michael wanted to go again, so we got in line. The ride was pretty fun, but if the 4 G's lasted much longer, I would have started to panic.

I do not like the feeling of not being able to take a deep breath. I think that comes from my childhood and having several severe asthma attacks each year.
After RNRC, we headed over to see the Lights, Motor, Action Stunt Show at 11. On the way, we grabbed some FP for Star Tours for KJ, Michael, and Matthew. KJ and the 2 older ones really enjoyed the stunt show, while me and the 2 younger ones were less than impressed.

I headed out to the bathroom with Max and Miles about halfway through. When it was over, we headed over to meet with Woody and Buzz. Woody's line was about 6 people long, and Buzz's was about 10. Green Army Man was also there and his line was about 2 people long. I knew that the Power Rangers came out at 12:05, and it was already 11:45, so I wasn't sure if we'd get done here before time to head up to see the Power Rangers. Luckily, the lines moved quickly so we were able to see Woody, Green Army Man, and Buzz before we had to see the Power Rangers.
After we were done with Buzz, we began our trek to see the Red Ranger. As we were coming up the street, we saw the Power Ranger car drive by, so we were just in time! We watched them get out of the Power Ranger Mobile and do their little act, and then we got in line for the Red Ranger. He was the only one that the boys really wanted to see. Max is our biggest Power Ranger fan, but the other boys like it too. SPD is their favorite shows, and the Red SPD Ranger is their VERY favorite ranger, so that was all they cared about. We have great video of Max doing his Power Ranger moves with the Red Ranger. It's great.
After this, we went to see Sully (Monster's Inc.). At this time it was getting close to 1, and we were all hungry. Sully's line was pretty long so we decided not to wait. Instead we headed to Pizza Planet to grab a bite to eat.
We decided to skip seeing The Incredibles since we'd be back later in the week, so that we could go back and relax a little while before we headed to the Spirit of Aloha Luau. I was really excited about this, and wanted everyone to be rested and happy. Since this was to be our Valentine's Dinner, I'd wanted it to be special. On our way to the exit we stopped by Star Tours so that KJ and the older 2 could use their FP. While the little ones and I were waiting we saw Darth Vader and a StormTrooper. Max was very excited. Unfotunately, there was a long line to get their autograph, so we just settled on some pictures.
We got back to the hotel around 2:30, and hung out til 3:45. At that time we hopped on the bus to MK, and then jumped on the resort monorail to the Polynesian. After what seemed like a mile walk from the monorail to the Luau sign in, we arrived at 4:30.
We went to the bathroom and got ready to be seated. Our table was on the upper "level", but we were right against the railing so we were really pleased with the seating. We were over to the right side of the stage, but we didn't mind not having center stage view. The salad and bread waiting for us was really yummy, and the boys loved the fresh pineapple. The boys enjoyed their drinks with fancy straws, and KJ and I took advantage of the free beer.

The talking part of the show was kind of cheesy, but we liked the dancing and stuff. Our food came out, and we were very happy with it. KJ ate the chicken, while the kids and I chowed down on the ribs. YUM-O! It was all really good. Finally it was time for dessert, and we all (except Michael) liked it as well. It was a chocolate mousse. Again, YUM-O. After dessert, the 3 older boys had to go potty. This is where the night got "fun".

I'm just glad that I can laugh about it now, because at the time, I was about to CRY!
As KJ got up to take the boys to the bathroom, I went to grab the video camera, and knocked my beer into my lap. This was a FULL glass that the waiter had just brought. So, my pants were soaked in beer. UGH. By the time I get everything situated again, KJ and the boys are back. I hand over the video camera and tell him what happened. As unpleasant as it was, I was just going to deal with it, because I didn't want to miss the Luau. It was near the end and I knew the "fire" part was coming up! At this point, Miles is getting really fussy, so I decided to get up and take him to the back so that the others could enjoy the show. I couldn't do anything to make him happy, so I was getting everything together to go outside of the Luau to try and make him happy. And then it happened. He puked. All over ME! All down the front of my shirt, the front of my pants (remember they were already beer-soaked!) and all in my
crocs! I hastily exit and try to clean myself up.

It wasn't gonna work. Luckily, Miles was pretty clean except for a small part on his pants, so I cleaned him up and threw his blanket over my front and went back to the Luau to get KJ. I called him to the back, and told him that I was going back up to the resort to the shop and was going to buy me something to wear back to the resort. There was no way I was gonna ride a monorail and then a bus all the back to Pop smelling and looking this way. I finally got up to the shop at Poly and found me some sweats and a t-shirt ($57!!!), and went to pay. The lady was having a hard time charging it to our room, and I had no other form of payment. I was about to cry.

The lady couldn't find the number to Pop to resolve the situation, and when she did find it it was busy. Just as I was about to tell her to forget it, my knight in shining armor (aka KJ) showed up and handed over the credit card. WHEW! I ran to the bathroom and changed, and while doing that I realized the lady had forgotten to take off the security tag. So, I put the pants on anyway, and went back to the store for them to remove it. I'm sure it looked nice with me backing my big butt up against the counter so that the little removal tool could do it's job.
So, we were finally ready to go, and headed to the monorail. Miles was feeling better at this point, so I hoped it would be a good evening. We had considered stopping at MK to see Wishes, but after the nights events we decided against it. As we were waiting in line for the bus we did get to see most of the fireworks, so atleast the evening wasn't a total loss.
We got back to Pop and got everyone to bed. The plan for Thursday was Epcot, but that could all change depending on how Miles was feeling. At the very least, KJ, Michael, and Matthew would go. Between our night at the Luau, the lack of sleep, and the 7 year old needing an attitude adjustment, I was just about ready to go home.
I prayed that night that things would turn around.
