The fur vest craze...yey or nay?

I am not usually one to follow a fad, and even more so , not really a vest person, but these faux fur vests are REALLY cute IMHO....especially the reversable ones. Anyone else buying one for a gift, or for themselves, or hoping for one? And do you think they will be in style nest year?
