I'm with Caitlin, I always order the pressed pot coffee and Boma too!!! I love my coffee and what they serve in Disney can hardly even be called coffee....I would pay $20 for a pot, I love it!!!!

Breakfast looked delicious....we have never done breakfast at O'Hana's only dinner, but it will be on our list for next time

Caitlin loved that pressed pot and can't wait to try the one at Kouzzina in August.

I'm not sure who I was more frustrated with...the ecv company for saying that or grandma for going along with them

I think you would enjoy the Ohana breakfast. The food was very good, the characters were fun and it wasn't nearly as crowded as a lot of character breakfasts.

'Ohana for breakfast is definitely one of our "must-do's."
In fact, we never tried any of their other meals until out last trip.
Who knew they make a great dinner as well!?!?!

Up until recently this was the only place to see Lilo and we love that movie!
And where else do you get to wear your Disney Hawaiian shirts and fit right in!!
Our best pictures are always from this breakfast either at the 'Ohana sign or with Mickey himself.
And don't get me started on the "Aloha Juice."
That stuff is the nectar of the gods.

As for the rest, I'm placing bets on the impending ECV disaster to be on the middle of Main Street USA.

We hand't had breakfast at the Poly since Caitlin was 5! Back then it was Minnie's Aloha breakfast or something like that.

Thanks for mentioning the juice. I forgot to do that! We each drank a glass of juice or 2 with our fruit

I don't have a picture of the throw but it was Mickey and Minnie walking holding hands. I would take a pic for you but it's already in pretty bad shape. Riley (our Irish Setter) adopted it as her own and it's pretty snagged up from her nails.

The ecv "problem" will be addressed in our next installment.

That's terrible the ECV company makes you wait till it's actually broke down & making your vacation come to a stand still until they come out to fix it !!!

I'm guessing the evc breaks down in Frontierland w/ all the hills or in Toontown cause it's way back in the back or maybe on a ride or attraction ??? Awe the possibilities are endless , guess I will just have to wait

Yummmm. Breakfast at 'Ohana looks delish! And your view was awesome. It's always fun to eat a meal and look out at the Castle in the distance.

Grandma's line about the cabana boy sounds like something my grandma would say. Grandmas are always so straight forward.

This update is dedicated to MEK since she is on the edge of her seat to find out what happened with the ECV and warning this will be a somewhat long pic heavy update!

After our yummy breakfast at Ohana we headed over to the MK. We went over our plans to start by grabbing the D23 packet, ride as many rides as we could and then head back to the hotel for a break before we headed back for the party that night.

When we got there I ran over to grab our D23 party packet so we wouldn't have to worry about picking it up later and we immediately looked through it to see what was inside. Nothing special besides our party tickets and the park tickets. Hopefully we would get something exciting that night?

We all headed into the park and my mom stopped so she could take a picture of the very cute Princess and the Frog window display.

It's amazing how much work is put into every little detail in throughout the parks!

Once our short stop was done we headed down Main Street and got our first view of the Castle! Now altogether "OOOOO"

I always say this while watching fireworks so I figure looking at the Castle would be another apporpriate moment

Once our eyes had, had their fill of taking in the gorgeous monument we all split up. My mom and grandma were headed to..

While I got my thrill seeker on and headed to...

I, for some reason, had an obsession with queues this trip I love the new ride though! I don't know how different the ride itself is but inside it is darker and that makes everything much scarier! Hearing the screams coming from the dark really freaked me out

After I was done journeying through space and my mom and grandma were done shooting up Zurg we all headed to...

Haha just kidding I hate that ride! That chili dog smell grossed me out and I could still smell it after a couple weeks. To this day I think gross Mexican food smells like it

We all love this show and can't get enough of it! I always laugh even though the jokes are usually the same. At our house whenever anyone is mad we say they have the "Roz" voice and we will all say "Mike Wazowski" in our best Roz voice until we are all laughing and smiling again. I do a pretty mean Roz impersonation!

Once we were allowed to leave from the power of our laughs we had to go fight Zurg one more time!

Once I beat my mom and grandma (it's not written down but I am taking artistic license) we had to go get ourselves a redhead!

I never realized how rude these pirates were! In this part with the"We wants the redhead!" They yell at this one "are ya charging per pound!" Those pirates need to learn their manners and stop drinking all that rum!

I love this scene so I took a bunch of pictures of it and here are the ones that turned out

Now this next picture my mom is extremely proud of!

After yoho-ing and swashbuckling till our peglegs were tired we headed over to ride a runaway train but took some pictures along the way.

My mom and I left my grandma and headed through the line. While we were walking through a dad and his two sons were infront of us. Today was our first semi warm day and this little boy turns to his dad and says "It's almost like real Florida!" the dad turned back and said "If it were real Florida we would all be sweating!" I found that exchange extremely cute! The little boy just seemed so excited that it was actually warm!

We all headed over to the shooting gallery and on our way I traded pins with a CM

If you haven't tried the shooting gallery you need it to! It is so much fun! Everything you shoot sets off some sort of action and it's very cool to watch!

When I was done with my target practice we continued on our way to HOP. My mom made me stop for a pic infront of where we would be having dinner later that night.

We finally made it over to HOP!

I really enjoyed the new show! My only complaint was the Obama animatron didn't really look like him. I did like that it was closer to the American Adventure with the wrap around movie screens.

We headed into the gift shop where my grandma bought my mom a Mickey flag

It is hanging up outside our house and every time we see it I feel very patriotic and anxious for my next trip

I also stopped for a photo op in the sleigh.

Next up was my favorite ride!

I have always loved this ride and can never get enough of it! I took a ton of pictures!

We were one of the first people in the room so we were able to watch the picture decompose

We were then ushered into the stretching room

and finally onto the ride

Our doom buggy was stopped right infront of the Bride so I did what I do best took pictures!

I think they turned out really well! We exited the ride to go grab our death certificates and stopped at the pet cemetary to get a close up of Mr. Toad and the other animals.

Now my mom, grandma and I split up my mom and grandma were going to cut through Fantasyland and meet me at Sleepy Hollow while I ran and turned in my Give a Day voucher for the pin set. (no pic right now but will be posted later) So I ran and grabbed it and headed back to Sleepy Hollow. When I got there I only saw my mom! I asked my mom what happened to grandma and she said "She was here a minute ago" We start looking around and see grandma pushing the dead ECV down the ramp that connects the castle to Sleepy Hollow We both ran to help her navigate through the crowd and luckily got through the area without injuring ourselves or anyone else! My grandma immediately called the ECV company and they said they would be there in 15 minutes. My grandma insisted we continue with our plans and head back to the hotel to get ready while she waited. We helped her to the front and then headed back to the Bakery to grab some snacks.

My mom got banana bread pudding (not as good as Ohana's and ended up sharing my snack)

I got the carrot cake which was amazing!

We then headed back to POP! After my grandma got back she told us what was wrong with the ECV. When she plugged it in to charge she forgot to turn on the main power pack She then turned to me and said "Caitlin why didn't you tell me? You were there when the man was explaining how to use the ECV."
