Thanks for the offer on the clock The problem isn't waking him up though it's getting him moving He works the early shift at the store so he's up everyday by 5:30 so he thinks he should get to sleep in on vacation Is that crazy or what

After our "missed" safari, we decided to head over to the Lion King for a DIS Meet we had been planning. On our way we stopped by Pizzafari we have never eaten here but thought all of the decorations were beautiful!

I am a huge fan of bright colors and loved looking around this CS! We also stopped by one of the stores and took some pictures. What's a trip to one of the parks without some shopping?!

After our short shopping excursion we continued,empty handed, on our way to Camp Minnie Mickey.

Now for those of you who don't already know our DISmeet was with Pipersmom (Amanda) and Mommyspiper (Piper) they were both in Disney for Piper's "Make a Wish" trip. My mom and I had both followed their PTR and sent packages to Piper through the Big Give. We became very close with them and as soon as we saw that our trips overlapped we knew we had to meet them!Our DISmeet was going to be seeing FOTLK and then meeting characters at Camp Minnie Mickey.

When we got to Camp Minnie Mickey it was close to our DISmeet time. We hadn't heard anything from Amanda so we thought they might have slept in due to how exhausting Disney trips can be and it was near the end of their trip. The 3 of us went in to grab seats for the show. Shortly after it started we got a voice mail from Amanda saying she and Piper were outside and would meet us after the show. Well I for one could not wait and ran outside to greet them. I can not tell you how excited I was! Amanda, Piper and I found a bench where we could wait for my mom and grandma. I talked to them about their trip and Piper asked me if I thought she looked shorter in person I told her don't worry I bet I did too After the show my mom and grandma met up with us and everyone introduced themselves to each other. We all decided to get in line for the characters while we talked. Piper talked a mile a minute and seemed so excited to be there! It sounded like her and Amanda were having an amazing trip and I was so happy for both of them! They were also traveling with their grandma but she had stayed back at the hotel that morning.

Together we saw Mickey, Goofy, Thumper and Miss Thumper (we are missing some pictures sorry!)

I love Piper's face in this!

After we were done meeting the characters Piper and Amanda were going to see FOTLK well Piper wanted me to see it with her so we decided to skip our ADR at Biergarten and go see it again with them. We had great seats for the show! We were seated in the front row of the Lion section and seeing the show from a different perspective was awesome!

I also enjoyed watching Piper's face throughout the show! She got a little scared when it came to the flame thrower part but she throughly enjoyed the rest of it! She was also picked to be in the parade around the stage!

She had a lot of fun with it and kept asking me if I saw her in the parade and how brave she was After the show we all walked out of the theater together and headed to the front of the park.



Piper and Amanda were going to their ADR at the Rainforest and us heading to Epcot to find somewhere to eat. We stopped at one of the Animal Kingdom Safari stations that had a log where kids could put their hands in and try and figure out what was in there. Piper was very hesitant to try it and kept asking if there would be bugs inside so my mom stepped up and put her hand in first and Piper followed suit. She had a lot of fun although I thought she was still a little scared afterward

When we got near the DVC spot Piper asked me to pose for all the pictures with her. Too fun!

We also ran into Lilo and Stitch!

My face looks a little weird in this because when we walked up for some reason Stitch started crying and decided to put his head on my chest. Well where the eyeholes were it looked like he was trying to look down my shirt I am guessing that day Stitch's bad meter was pretty full!

When we got to the Rainforest Cafe I was very sad to see them go. I felt very special to be a part of their trip even if it was only for a little while. Piper is one of the most wonderful young girls I have ever met. I found her strength admirable and the fact that despite her health problems she continues to have a great attitude and be upbeat and enjoy life. I feel very blessed to have met them.

Thank you! Piper is a cutie! She talked a mile a minute and had me laughing the entire time! Our seats for FOTLK were awesome! Giving up the ADR wasn't a hard decision with Piper wanting us to stay plus we ended up eating somewhere way better!

I'm sorry! Piper also made an impact on my life I admire how upbeat and full of life she is! Thank you! I love our FOTLK pics and the fact that a lot of the dancers posed for our pictures! I was thinking about it when we were walking away I was kept saying I really think he tried to look down my shirt I just had never seen a character get that close to someone's chest

I wake up early ar home and on vacation so I don't really understand the whole "sleeping in" thing

When we stopped in Pizzafari it wasn't even opened and we just wanted to use the restroom but we loved how colorful it was! I'm not sure why we've never eaten there either

We had a great time with Piper and Amanda and made a lot of memories!
