OMG, Deb! That was hysterical!! I think I'm lacking in the caffiene department today, 'cause it took me forever to figure out what "middle bits" meant!

The kids look great! I love Mr. Cooper!!! Now that costume is awesome!

What great pictures of the kids in their costumes!!! I love the story of your e-bay search for the leather pants. Alice looks absolutely adorable in her Alice costume. The jacuzzi and nap sounds like the perfect afternoon break. You deserved that quiet time with Alice. Hurry back with more.

OMG! You are cracking me up here! I'm reading this at work (shhhh!) and when I got to the part about the Pants...I had a hard time stifling my laughter! Love the and (I know there's a rocker smiley somewhere but I can't find it) costumes! You ARE a very cool mom. And a fabulous writer! More please!

Leave it to EBay to educate our youth in the ways of the world! That is too funny. I can just picture DS leaning over my shoulder, as he is apt to do, and read along with me only to ask the very same questions you were getting. I usually try to cough over foul language and references on the TV, but there is no way to cough over the written word!

LOVE the costumes. They are *brilliant*! I wish you and DH had dressed up. I would have loved to see those photos! We dressed for the P&PP in February. DH was Blackbeard and I think he scared more than a few little kids that night.

BTW~ Thanks for the headbanger smilie. Got to love him.

This was such a fun episode. Your adventure on eBay buying the leather pants was too funny! The costumes all look great and I'm looking forward to hearing how your evening went. I hate to admit it, but those hippie sunglasses look an awful lot like a pair I owned. As I recall, they came with an assortment of interchangeable colored lenses.

Hi Deb - I'm new on these boards . . . Hey, did you miss me? It figures my laptop goes down and you decide to take that time to post an update. Luckily the laptop problem wasn't a result of previous "spewing" caused by your hilariously funny reports. I think my dh was concerned about the amount of time I've been spending on these boards and why I'm always talking about some "Irish lady" and her family. So he decided to update my computer system as a way to wean me away from all you crazies Ha! It didn't work - I'm back with more memory and more power!!!! (Sadly the more memory is confined to the laptop and not my brain).

Anywho . . . as far as your most recent update. Once again you have outdone yourself. Only YOU could describe in such detail what you and your DH DID NOT wear to the Halloween party. Too funny!

The pix were excellent. It just doesn't seem possible for Alice to get any prettier - my word she is one beautiful child! It's going to be hard to top this one but if anyone can it's you!!!!

Your family is BEA-U-TI-FUL!!! What cute children you have...that Alice's face is just precious.
